This is another feature that feels long overdue. With nearly 500 votes, it is clear that businesses are consistently asking for better voucher visibility and flexibility at checkout.
For businesses that sell packages, promotions, memberships, and treatment vouchers, staff need to be able to quickly see exactly what a client has available, the quantity remaining, expiration dates, and any applicable restrictions without digging through their account.
We also need the ability to edit vouchers ourselves when appropriate, including quantities, expiration dates, or correcting an issue, without having to contact Boulevard support every time a change is needed. Requiring support intervention for something this basic creates unnecessary delays for both staff and clients.
There should also be more flexibility to exchange or apply a voucher toward another service when needed.
This is a basic operational need and directly affects checkout efficiency and the client experience. Since this is already marked In Progress, can Boulevard please provide an update on the timeline? What does it take for a feature with hundreds of customer votes to actually get implemented? Your customers are being very clear about what we need, and these high-impact workflow improvements should be prioritized.

Strongly in favor of this change. At this point, I have to ask: how many votes will it take for Boulevard to make this a priority? This request clearly matters to a significant number of your customers, and it is frustrating to see so much feedback around a relatively straightforward feature without meaningful action.
This does not seem like an overly complicated ask. At minimum, allow us to customize the review link in the automated post-appointment message so it can direct clients straight to our Google review page.
Boulevard asks its customers for feedback, but I would genuinely like to know: at what point does that feedback translate into action? With over 600 votes on this request, your customers are telling you very clearly that this matters. Please prioritize it.

We should be able to create post-care instructions for each service and have Boulevard automatically send the appropriate instructions by text or email after checkout based on what the client received that day. This would improve consistency, reduce paper waste, save staff time, and most importantly help ensure clients actually have their aftercare instructions accessible when they need them.
For medical aesthetics in particular, post-treatment instructions are an important part of the client experience and continuity of care. Having to manually text, email, or hand out paper instructions after every appointment feels unnecessarily outdated.
Boulevard, 560 customers have voted for this and it is still waitlisted. How many votes does it take before customer feedback becomes a priority? This seems like a straightforward automation that would provide immediate value to a huge number of businesses using your platform.
