there should be a way that if they no show or cancel outside of cancellation policy and card on file declines it should put a negative account balance on their profile so they would need to pay that to rebook

can you add an area under business service charges for exclusions? for example "exclude when paying cash". we are in NY where surcharging as a line item is illegal so we added the surcharge into the price and over a cash/debit discount. however we are not recouping the entire processing fee as our staff is getting 50% commission on the inclusive price.
