Highlight no-shows in red in patient history
When a patient no shows or late cancels, make the notification in patient history red so that it's easily visible that it was not just a regular cancellation.

We track NS and late cancels a lot. I spend so much time trying to see if someone has done it b4 and why. It messes our schedule up and wastes so much of my time

i agree. i hate that the appointment is listed as cancelled and completely falls of the schedule. i would prefer it to still show up (maybe in red or greyed out) but then code it so it is double bookable once marked as a no show so another client can book during that time once the appt is no showed.

I would also like it to stay on the books even if it’s condensed to a 15-minute appointment to highlight the no-show. When working off-site, I have to investigate how & why a 3+ hour opening occurred. If it was left on the books, it just makes things as easy as a glance.
