An error occurred while saving the comment Holly Sharpe commentedIn the Meevo2 system you could set which privilege group has access to which reports. I had the ability toggle on and off which reports were accessible for each privilege group. This was very helpful. I don't need my managers to access all reporting and would like to grant access to staff for just their own KPI metrics. Each role is different and should have different access.
An error occurred while saving the comment Holly Sharpe commentedI don't want to handover access to all of my reports, but I would like the ability to assign certain reports by my employees privilege group status. As an owner, this would be very helpful so we don't have to give up access on an all or nothing basis. Meevo2 had this as an option and I was able to assigning specific reports based on that staff's security clearance (i.e. "privilege group") and It was sooo helpful.

An error occurred while saving the comment Holly Sharpe commentedThis would be great! We would like to be able to customize the wording to state that it is a "reminder" email since the appointment is already confirmed on our calendar when this go out. This courtesy "appointment reminder" email - we would like to state our cancelation window and any applicable charges for short notice cancelations/no-shows. We don't want it to say "please reply "yes" to confirm appointment" as that is misleading and clients reply "no" as if they can short notice cancel without a fee, and we don't want any surprises.
We would also like to send out pre and post care instructions with certain services so that would be an amazing feature that could be added to a specific service like the consultation forms. This would prevent confusion before and after services and help to insure after-care is followed leading to better customer service for our guests.

An error occurred while saving the comment Holly Sharpe commentedHello,
We would love to be able to build in start up time to the beginning of our services which would be reserved for our staff to have a consultation with clients where they go over their paperwork as well as time for the client to change. We don't want our providers to rush this part of the process, so having the ability to pre-build this time specifically to add time to the start of the appointment would be ideal. This way when clients book online, the consultation time will already be pre-built in to the appointment time. This would be time where the provider and the client will be busy and the room will be in use and will show on the calendar as something like "set up time" or "consult & change" or something like that so staff can see that it is separate from the time the client is receiving the service.

For instance, as the owner I have my own treatment room that I don't want any other staff accessing and I would like to open myself up for online booking but in my treatment room only. I don't see any way to do this currently.
