Customization of Transaction Emails
Ability to have some level of customization (text/font/theme) on transactional emails

We would love to have full control over what our text and email confirmations say. Instead of just having 480 character count included in the message. If we were able to add our branding and personality for the entire text and email confirmation that would be awesome.
ALSO the receipt, if we can customize the layout and what it says!

Clients have been getting confused because they do not get a clear email that their original appt has been rescheduled when staff changes it on the back end, and they are showing me appointment emails that only show their original date. I have been clicking the option to update the client, but I'm not sure if the email says " your ___ has been rescheduled to ____". Please make it clear that their original appt times are no longer valid. I have been sending them their client portal, but emails should be clear too.

We would like to be able to view all of the automated emails that go out for booking confirmation, cancellations, receipts, etc and be able to customize those to our brand and business. Currently there is no way in boulevard to even see what is in the content of those emails.

If there was a way to change the logo on email reminders to show the business logo. This would help the clients know what business is sending email.

This would be great! We would like to be able to customize the wording to state that it is a "reminder" email since the appointment is already confirmed on our calendar when this go out. This courtesy "appointment reminder" email - we would like to state our cancelation window and any applicable charges for short notice cancelations/no-shows. We don't want it to say "please reply "yes" to confirm appointment" as that is misleading and clients reply "no" as if they can short notice cancel without a fee, and we don't want any surprises.
We would also like to send out pre and post care instructions with certain services so that would be an amazing feature that could be added to a specific service like the consultation forms. This would prevent confusion before and after services and help to insure after-care is followed leading to better customer service for our guests.

Customize confirmation emails with the ability to add buttons with links to send custom instructions to clients before their appointments. Or the ability to send automatic messages after clients book, with custom links.

it would be nice to if we could customize how the reminder emails look/what they say, since we have a bullet list of things people need to read prior to their appointment. All the bullets show up like one messy paragraph so they get ignored

It would be great to have more Rich text customization for bolded, or larger font sizes for certain text in the Client Instructions section of the email.
Also having the Services they are booked for at the Top under Date:, Time:, with the Estimated Duration underneath the Service. Then followed by our Client Instructions Section.
