Balance Owed
When a client late cancels or no shows their appointment, our policy is to charge a late fee/no show fee. When they do not have a card on file, we would love if there was a way to have a hold on their account in the amount of the balance they owe. This way they can take care of it themselves when rebooking online or it will pop up when they call.

We just block them...they cant come back if they do not pay.

let clients run a tab - get stuff and run card or use account credit later. works great for trade clients too. to keep track of balances. or run credit monthly for services/products.
