Yes I agree, We have a business number for a reason. Patients shouldn't be able to respond back to us via our own personal cell phones. The messages should remain in the message center of their chart. this is a type of HIPAA violation and should be a critical printery.

Agreed! There should be a que/mailbox that the charts to the Medical Director go to for signature. After signing and closing the chart, it's out of their que. it's so important for their time, and makes it easier for them to navigate. When I was signing up, I was given the impression it was really easy for them. But this is NOT the case.
