An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedThis COULD be a great feature, however not holding my breath... There are several service providers that do not take new clients. Making them not available for online booking isn't an option as this hurts the clients that should be "allowed". Should be simple enough to have a check box per service provider to "do not allow new clients to book online".

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedIt would be very interesting to know from the original poster above, what, if anything has improved with inventory since 2021? We've only been using Blvd for 1 year and continue to find issues with every aspect of the software and frankly now believe nothing will ever be done to adequately improve the "core". If it's a feature they can monetize, it'll be added but still half-baked. It may be time to ditch Boulevard. We are more than frustrated...

We're in conversations with Shawn about his issue here. Kudos to him for catching what might be a bug that we plan to fix. We've also been able to adjust Precision Scheduling's settings to better suit their preferences. Please reach out to support if you'd like to adjust how Precision Scheduling works for your business. Between the bug fix and settings adjustment, we're confident we'll end up somewhere that works well for them!

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedWho's genius idea was it to have individual form options for "Create and Modify Form Templates" and "View Form and Chart Responses", etc... then the only way for anyone to create a form is to make them "business manager" and give them access to everything? Nonsense!

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedCurrently there are 2 form send options. 1 - send form for 1st appointment. 2 - send form for every appointment. We believe it should have a 3rd option, "Send form for ALL BUT 1st appointment". For example, an intake form is sent to a client for their 1st visit, it can be rather lengthy... on every subsequent visit the form could simply be "nothing has changed since my last visit". This currently does not seem to be an option. Ideally, instead of creating a 2nd form for subsequent visits, the form "settings" for a given field could simply be a check box of "send only with 1st visit" (...and omit with subsequent).

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedForms:
Currently 2 options for "send this form"
1. Every appointment
2. Only first appointmentWould be great if there were a third option "every follow up appointment". Sending the "Only first appointment" and every other appointment thereafter of the new 3rd option.
Example: A massage client fills out a "lengthy" 1st appointment form. Upon follow up visits all we need is to know that there are no changes to the original questions. So on follow up visits customers are not annoyed with the lengthy original process.

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedWe are new to Boulevard and haven't yet dug into some reports. It would be very disappointing if, in fact, blocks were included in this report.

An error occurred while saving the comment Shawn Vogt commentedWhat is the point of an alert if there isn't really an alert? Sure, it can be seen if booked in house but the Boulevard implementation falls very short. I would add, an email would work but a better integration would be for an alert icon on the top of screen next to notification bell and to work similarly, show the number of alerts and allow them to be "read".

It is pathetic this issue has not been addressed. With thousands of products in inventory it's going to be a full time job to update desired quantities desired on hand by individually clicking on each and every product requiring an updated quantity. This issue alone has us looking at switching from Boulevard.
Every item in inventory needs to be able to be exported to excel or csv along with every data point it includes. There is no way to even compare quantity desired on hand with what can be calculated based on usage without clicking on every single product. Completely unacceptable!
