Hi there! We had a client asked to be removed from marketing eblasts for a specific service provider. With our previous software, there was a way to manually "uncheck" specific clients from receiving eblasts per their request. This would be a great feature to be able to implement when saving an audience under "Clients" in Boulevard.

Scanning products such as color for inventory usage at the end of a work day is time consuming and cumbersome. It would be much more efficient if when you scanned a product for usage, it automatically adjusted the inventory by -1 and you could scan products one after the other without having to touch the mouse/trackpad and computer screen to "x" out of the currently selected/scanned sku. It would save our front desk HOURS of time if this were more efficient.

We have a lot of clients with scheduling alerts. It would be great if when a client with a scheduling alert books online, the front desk would receive an email from Boulevard such as "Amy Jones has booked an appointment. Booking alert: she needs access to the elevator/lift for her appointments."

I completely agree with this. We used to have a client referral program as a part of our rewards program with our previous software. This was super helpful and our clients loved it. If a client was referred by someone already in our system it would auto-populate a 20% discount (or any amount we would set) for the existing client on their next service of their choice .

It would be great that if a preferred time slot opens up on the waitlist, the client on the waitlist for that day and time would then receive a text notification that an appointment has opened up with a direct link to confirm or decline if they want the slot.

Have the developers at Boulevard thought about any ways to implement AI to answer phone calls during salon business off-hours? A few other software companies have pitched this and it seems like a great idea for the future of booking.
