Scheduling Alert
This feature used to tell who made the alert and that would be really helpful to have back

It also will make an appointment when a day/time has been blocked out by the stylist

System does not alert you when making an appointment where another appointment already exist. We have many clients who have repeating appointments and the system does NOT alert us when we make these appointments for our clients. If another appointment is already in their time slot, it just makes numerous appointments for the same stylist at the same time!

Boulevard should provide a pop-up alert if we are trying to book with a service provider that does not perform the requested service, or if an appointment goes past their scheduled shift/business hours.

The business would like the dashboard to have scheduling alert options. Alerts for example, if the client has no credit card on file.

What is the point of an alert if there isn't really an alert? Sure, it can be seen if booked in house but the Boulevard implementation falls very short. I would add, an email would work but a better integration would be for an alert icon on the top of screen next to notification bell and to work similarly, show the number of alerts and allow them to be "read".

We have a lot of clients with scheduling alerts. It would be great if when a client with a scheduling alert books online, the front desk would receive an email from Boulevard such as "Amy Jones has booked an appointment. Booking alert: she needs access to the elevator/lift for her appointments."
