We're doing a lot of research on the next iteration of self-booking right now, so our product team will be reaching out soon to schedule a call with you to gather more feedback.
On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. We need the ability to book a block of time with a certain number of participants - and have the ability for clients to book this 'class' online! Our 'class' would have a max of 12 participants - the workaround is to create 12 different 'staff' for booking - this is AWFUL for the schedule.

Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.
Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

Once a client has completed their intake forms, have a tag automatically show on the appt! This would be INCREDIBLY helpful so we don't have to keep checking the "Schedule" tab all day.

Our clients will book with certain therapists based on their experience and clients needs; however, when booking it only shows a small picture. Would love if it showed their bio when hovering over the picture - or have a "staff" section within the online scheudling where a client can choose whether to book based on service or by staff.
