    Would love this for uploading some of our legacy paper charts. Right now we take a picture of them in a form/chart, but it is far from ideal!

    I had a similar issue with the timeframe for online booking to be available. The issue we had is that there is no save button for any of those settings. So if anyone has a tab open to those settings and you change it, their tab will reset it to whatever they have. You CANNOT have a settings tab open anywhere unless you are actively changing the settings.

    A save button would fix pretty much all of the issue with it.

    We copy and paste into a word document formatted for our receipt printer. It works surprisingly well. BUT, an automatic option to print this formatted for a receipt printer would be SO much better!

    We just add the tax to the service for a gift card if they want a service. Otherwise we just charge tax and use the gift card as a payment method.

    For us taxes only apply at the time of service/realization of revenue. The gift card sale itself isn't taxable.
