    I have had maybe one prepaid card work in the past year. I am not sure what the problem is, but it is awkward to tell guests that their "gift card" won't work and they need to pay another way.

    This is a key reason for why I don't have marketing texts turned on. There is no clear cut way to ensure they are properly subscribed to one or the other, and Boulevard basically says "trust us, it will be right"

    I would love for marketing texts to come from a different number just to keep things fully separate.

    It is an added cost, but we use Textexpander, and it provides much more flexibility in autocompletions. And it works in any software, not just Boulevard.

    I have said this for years. I feel like there is a disconnect between the engineers and the users, and the product team is just not making the connection.

    I think lots of the engineers would be shocked to see some of the things we use as workarounds or the pain points because they just don't use the software.

    I would love to see a comprehensive payroll report that allows changing of this status on an appointment by appointment basis, or even having the settings changed based on the discount reason.

    As it is, I am manually correcting most of these in my payroll spreadsheet. Our ancient old software had an amazing payroll reporting system that did all the work. I am now doing almost all of it manually with Boulevard.

    I am assuming, like most of Uservoice, that nothing will come of this...

    But modifier reporting would be amazing. We have no clue how many of some services we are doing because they are almost all booked as add-ons.

    We use Textexpander for this instead of Boulevard. It doesn't pull their name in, but it does provide options to fill in names, appointment times, etc... and works across platforms, so you can use it for any communications!
