In the same vein, being able to limit how many of one service (actually class of service) per day would be wonderful too. We try to limit our deep tissue massages, and right now it is just us manually looking at the calendar and then disappointing people who just booked online. It would be much better to prevent them from booking in the first place.

On the desktop I often have the page for Boulevard zoomed to 80 or 90% to make it all fit better. It really works well for me on almost any size screen. Your Mileage may vary, but it may help you!
If you are on the App, then not much you can do there.

The "all" and "is Scheduled" got us halfway there, but I agree, the "none" option is the most critical. I often end up in some weird state where a resource keeps popping up even though I have unselected it. Just having a none option would be so much easier.

A "none" button for the resources would be so great. I sometimes need weird resource views, and it is such a pain to unselect all of them individually.

You can create custom "other" payment methods and create one for Checks. They then split out on separate line in the totals reports.
The option is in the "manage Location" tab under "details" You can enable custom payment types and create all of them you want in there.

Buried in the payment processing contract with Boulevard is language that you will never allow gift cards to expire if you use Boulevard to process them. I just learned that this year.
So, it doesn't matter what your state allows, Boulevard is forcing you to keep them forever if you use their system. I still tell people the state law on expirations, then I honor them past the expiration since they are in Boulevard.
The big issue for small businesses is that we have no way with Boulevard to remove the liability from our books. So all the old unredeemed gift cards just keep adding to our liabilities.

We would love to limit how many deep tissue massages our therapists can do, so a similar limit with that would be wonderful!

I added a "promotional" payment method under "other" and I use that for all of my donations. It makes it easy for accounting to say that these are all donations.
The one downfall is that it will still charge sales tax if you are using it for products. So, not perfect, but it works well for gift cards.

The ability to set this to certain hours would be ideal. Kind of like the away message: Notify me after business hours (Ideally send me the whole text) So I can decide if I need to log in to deal with it or if it can wait until we are open.
Allowing texting in the app would solve most of this as I could just have notifications turned on for those messages and see it all right there in the app.

Our old software just had the old school hex color picker and you could do thousands of colors. Was super simple to pick new colors and keep different specializations together (all nail techs were shades of red/pink, hair stylists were all blue shades, etc...)
