  1. For instance, we would like to make offers limited by service provider -- either the providers who ARE available for the offer and the providers who aren't. In general, we should be able to customize our own offers much more granularly.

  2. Ability to limit the # of add-on service options required to book (e.g. minimum and max) an appointment. Ex. 1 add-on for a 60-minute massage vs 2 add-ons for 90-minute massage.

  3. When editing client or product details, there is no warning if you close the popover without saving your changes. The system knows there is a change because it highlights the "save" button, so it should be able to alert me if I didn't click the save button before leaving.

    It isn't often, but I occasionally leave the screen thinking I saved the changes and they are all gone forever.

  4. Schedule alert visibility on charts without being visible once chart is submitted. This can decrease errors related to charting, medication, services, etc.

  5. It would be helpful for us to have the ability to block certain staff members from viewing other staff members synced calendars.

    Additionally, a privilege group that would allow us to provision this would be great.

  6. Printing anything on is so hard. Please make it easier to print any no show list. Cancellation list or even service pricing. Printing is so difficult here!!!!!

  8. It would be great to be able to go to the Client tab and choose Member under the "add filter" section. This would help us filter through more efficiently and keep up with membership status, unused vouchers, communications, etc...

  11. Dear System Provider, As long-term users of your system, we deeply understand the importance of clarity and simplicity in daily report management. Based on this, we would like to propose the following suggestions to further enhance the system’s functionality in performance management:

    1. Fixed Commission Calculation for Employees: Currently, the system primarily supports commission calculations based on a percentage. However, our spa determines commissions based on employees’ working hours and levels with a fixed amount. Therefore, we suggest adding a fixed commission feature to accommodate different employment structures.

  13. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

    This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

  16. I would love more discount options. We are not a discount model but Jan and Feb are always slow and we run our best discounts then. It is a great time to mee new clients, much like a gift cert....pls let us encourage customers to bring a friend for less!

  17. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  19. Allow a specific date to be set for a voucher expiration instead of just a specific number of months or years. Still keep that as an option, but also add in the ability to choose a specific date. This way, you don't have to add to a profile or have a client purchase and then go to each profile and manually update the expiration date.

  20. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)
