stylist can open and close their own books
when stylists know they wont be in to cover their shift they should be able to edit their working hours and close their books. Also they should be able to open their own books without having to call the front desk

A way to easily cancel repeating appointments
We have a lot of clients who book repeating appointments. I had a client who wanted to cancel her Thursday appointments and change to a different appointment date. I found out that I have to go in and cancel each appointment individually. Wish there was a button to select (delete all future repeating appointments in this set).

Have a tab in client profiles for soley paperwork or SOAP notes
As massage therapists in the state of Michigan, we are required to fill out SOAP notes for each and every client. Having a place specifically meant for all of the clients paperwork either to upload OR for clients to fill out online would be PERFECT. Not sure what the rules and regulations are in other states but this is a MUST for us!

Make tags unique
I noticed an oversight today while building a new automation system with out Boulevard integration.
In Boulevard itself I am able to create two identical tags. This could result in a huge issue if a staff member created a tag not knowing that the exact tag already existed. That new tag would not work with any of our automations as they are tag-ID specific, not tag-text specific.
Can you please update the tagging system so they have to be unique?

Status page or email list with known issues
There have been several recent events where there is a known issue with Boulevard that isn't bad enough to warrant a status page update, so it isn't communicated to users. Latest is errors in confirmation emails allowing people to confirm appointments before they should be able to. It would be nice to know that this is a known issue before reaching out to Boulevard support. Either a part of the status page or an email list we can subscribe to for these smaller known issues would be good to have so we are aware.

Our graphics and photos look terrible when shaded with the automatic black overlay. Please remove or make adjustable so branding can shine.

Pre Authorization of Service amount that goes into effect at the beginning of a cancelation policy
Pre Authorizing the funds on a clients card would insure the stylist gets paid upon cancelation. The current situation leaves the stylist with a "declined" credit card that was placed by he client when making the appointment, thus losing money. The Pre Authorization should go into effect at the beginning of the salons/stylist cancelation policy, and if the Pre Authorization is declined due to any reason including INSUFFICIENT FUNDS, then the appointment can not be made. The PreAuthorization could be "captured" upon check out, or even canceled if the client wants to pay with a different card.

Mass Update Client's Upcoming Appointments
My business runs on a membership basis and most members set up recurring appointments. Need a way to automatically cancel all upcoming appointments should members cancel their membership without individually going to each appointment.

Ability to turn off online booking for specific services at business level instead of each location.

Do not let clients Bypass FORMS before they can book an appointment.
Clients are able to bypass forms that they should fill out prior to an appointment. This shouldn't be the case.
