  1. At any point staff can take extraordinary amounts of salon data. This is terrifying. Ability to do reports is needed for most front of house staff, but taking transaction data and client data for years within minutes and sending csv(s) external should not be one in the same privilege level.

  3. Ability to edit service durations, processing and finishing times by day of the week. Example: set a different transition time only on Sundays.

  4. We often have spouses or parents book appointments for other people and fill the forms out in the other person's name. We then end up with an incorrect form in their profile. It would be nice to be able to copy or move that form to another profile to keep our records matching.

  6. Upon arrival of a client that holds a multiple appointment, cell notification should state:

    all appointment times for that appointment

    (example: the stylist 1 appointment time and the stylist 2 appointment time.)

  14. When BLVD is having systemic issues or when the user configures a report wrong it's the same error message that appears for beta reports. It would be more helpful if there are specific error messages. Most of the time it's user error and by not having a clear error message displayed it leaves everyone to believe that the system is unreliable versus their lack of understanding of how to use it. For example -- "Oops! Cannot configure rows and columns the same. Try editing your configuration!"

  17. We are developing our own referral program and require that account credits be applied automatically through APIs based on some event triggers from our end. Referrals account for a large portion of our growth so this is of utmost importance to us.

  18. Staff not being able to add/edit notes at home WITHOUT havening access to the clients personal information. We do not want our team or on-call staff to have access to last name, email, phone number when reviewing client profile or adding notes from phone
