  3. When viewing products the interface remembers what page you are on when changing brands, categories, etc...

    Example: I am looking at items 101-150 for the shampoo category.

    I change the filter to hairspray (25 items)

    The page is blank because it is displaying items 101-150 for a category with only 25 items.

    The display should be reset to the first page any time the filters at the top of the page are adjusted.

  4. Most salons/ studios have more than one reception. With that, things can get confusing in figuring out who booked what appointment. With this, each receptionist has a sign in number with their name to make it easier in tracking appointments and clients

  5. We would like to have the capability to add an "Experience Rate", an automatic 4% charge to clients to offset the cost of providing the best in technology, amenities etc. at our salon. This will be a 4% flat fee added to all transactions (both service & retail). Some salon softwares allows the fee to be added as a “tax” some can add it as a “service charge” or similar.

  6. 1- Customize receipts to have automated options to include instructions, package/service details such as expiration dates, cancellation policies and 2- Easily be able to submit all these automated options and details to all appointments.

  7. When a stylist needs to take a period of time off, we want to be able to block online booking but still be able to book internally. If we turn off online booking currently then clients are unable to book for a future date.

  8. I would like to see it as at least a privilege option that we can activate-- This way it's easy for them to replace appt times in the case of a cancelation or offer alternative times/accommodate if they decide to do so.

  9. Being able to open and edit a closed transaction. If a guest decides to buy product or need to add a service - would have the access to open and add what needs to be done. This would allow for more accurate reporting while also not having to make a whole booking for an add on service.

It would be amazing if the Manager/Salon received an email notification when a client books an appointment online so whomever is managing the salon and schedule can keep on top of when an appointment is booked online when they are not currently open/at the salon with the dashboard open to see the bell notice. Currently only the provider is notified which doesn't help management with ensuring schedules are correct and all information needed from the client is collected before their appointment if client books online outside of working hours.   14. The new chargeback format is awesome, but I would love to be able to make notes before I submit--if more than one person is working on it, or you're waiting for a client to call back, it would be really handy to be able to notate there

  16. Within the offer codes setup page/listing there should be a shortcut for high level metrics around the offer code such as number of uses, revenue, etc. It's cumbersome to have to look into beta reports each time.

  17. Have a monthly calendar view so we can see what all staff members are working throughout the month, but from a big picture overview.
    We have stylists that work every other Saturday, one Saturday a month, every other friday, etc. Would be much easier to keep track from a monthly view!

  18. When a client pays with a gift card I am not able to complete the transaction if the gift card is less than the amount due. I should be able to apply the gift card and then there should be an outstanding balance to complete the transaction
