Be able to toggle to our website
People want to know how much things are if we don't have our website up it causes delays. If in the corner where our business name is,it allowed for a link to our site that would be terrific

See if a client is on the waitlist after booking an appointment
We've had people book an appointment, but still be on the waitlist for a day further out. It would be nice to see in their profile the days they're on the waitlist for, so we're able to remove from all days once we're able to get them in. This has caused us to double contact a few people who'd been in, but still been on the waitlist. Just not sure the best way to track this.

Periodically Send Email to Clients Prompting to Update Account Info
In effort to ensure a business has clients' most updated information, sending an Email at a cadence of the business's choice prompting the client to update their account information would be beneficial. If anything, sending once per year would help.

Be able to checkout offline
When the wifi goes out, the checkout process goes down. It would be nice to have the ability to still checkout a client and have the transaction process when the system comes back online (see Square).

stylist levels
When setting up pricing for services. Have pricing based on a level and rather than customizing prices for each service provider individually you can just assign them to their level of pricing (ex. level 1, 2, 3, etc. or jr stylists, sr, master, etc.) That way when a service provider gets promoted you can just change their level and their pricing would reflect their new level instead of having to customize the pricing manually per service, per stylist.

Duo App: Alert for Client Self Checking-In at Incorrect Location
Regarding self check-in on the Duo App: If the client has an appointment at Location A but checks in at Location B, it currently checks the client in as a 'walk-in' at Location B but does not warn that their appointment is at Location A. This causes missed revenue for Location A and Location B may not be able to accommodate the extra appointment. This could result in a poor experience for both the business and client.
The solution would be for the Duo App to display an alert if a client is checking in at an incorrect location, advising…

Booker is unreliable but I was sold on Boulevard supposedly being more intuitive than Booker but I'm finding it far more tedious. You guys need to basically copy every aspect of Booker

Allow service providers to receive full credit on discounted services
We often run into situations where a relative or friend of the owner is given a discounted service but the employee received full credit. This ability on blvd would be really useful so we don't have to manually adjust the amounts during payroll.

Reports that are cohesive with STRATEGIES (Salon business coaching company)
Strategies is a salon business coaching company that is heavy on understanding our companies numbers. Other booking companies have partnered with them to offer reports that work seamlessly with the worksheets Strategies uses. It would be great if one of your engineers would do the same. The reports offered currently are inaccurate, clunky and incomplete making it really tough to extract the data or even trust the accuracy.
