Ability to import custom email templates into the marketing suite
I would love to see an update to the marketing suite that would allow us to import custom email templates. The marketing suite templates don't offer the level of customization that I'd like to see in our marketing emails.

Improve Communication with Convertkit Integration
It would be fantastic if blvd can categorize specific tags so that convertkit can then import these tags into their corresponding automations via the integration. For example if a client wants joins our membership and is tagged with a member tag then for that info to be shared via the convertkit integration and be able to identify that specific tag so that they can get put into the proper funnel.

One service provider linked to multiple rooms
One service provider can service up to 3 rooms on their own, even if the services start at the same time.

Ability to add additional processing times (in order) to complex services
Our Salon would like the ability to add an additional processing time. So for complex services it could be booked as an Application, processing window, application, processing window and then the finishing time.

DETAILED receipt for the client and the business view!!
The checkout process is SOOO detailed and gives the opportunity to show credits used, the name of a discount/promo, multiple payment types etc. Yet the receipt that is available after the transaction, clumps all the discounts into one sum, therefore making all that work USELESS for anyone that wants to reference it! Please carry the coding that is in checkout process to the receipt--this is the good CUSTOMER SERVICE our patients deserve!

last system you didn't have to change out of your main screen to simply do a singular sale. a separate tab would work . At the moment you have to go to sale and theres this little tab far right ,anyone new to the system its quite confusing

Add the Load More feature to cancellation log when searching by Staff member
Currently the Cancellation Log only loads data from the past two weeks once the Staff Member filter is applied. Adding the load more button will provide the ability to broaden the search past those two weeks and make cancellation audits by staff member much easier.

Reports that give retention percentages, new client request metrics, vs new salon clients. Referral source reports for individual stylists. Better all around performance goals for stylists to reach bench marks and milestones.

Limit user access by staff schedule
It's helpful that access can be limited by IP address, but for further protection would find it important to be able to limit access based on staff schedule. For example, a user who is scheduled Mon-Fri should only be able to log in on those days.

The email for booking automatically adds location after name of business which looks like Los Los Angeles Angeles....
"You are scheduled for an appointment at Refine Men's Salon of West Hollywood West Hollywood on Jul 28, 2023 at 6:00pm PDT."
So any company that has their name of location in their business name would be listed in emails with the location twice. I think solution is remove the city from the automatic portion of the emails as the location is listed anyway in the address below.

At checkout on DUO- please make "add tip on card" section for assistants editable
If a client clicks on " add tip on card" on the DUO for an assistant, and then opts to use cash instead, there is no way of completing the transaction. We currently have you close the transaction window in boulevard, and close and reopen the app to refresh the ticket. There has to be an easier way. Would it be possible to add a back button to be able to void the tip on card selection on the custom gratuity page? Thanks

2 separate buttons to "confirm" and "marked as arrive" on calendar appointments
When checking guests in on the calendar screen, it is easy to mistakenly only mark them as confirmed if they aren't already. There should be two separate buttons for marking them as confirmed and marking them as arrived.
