  4. It would be helpful to have it log when the client checks in as arrived or in service to when they get checked out so as owners we can see on average how long each service is taking each one of our employees and we can adjust the service to match that.

  6. Usually I want to pay staff on the normal service fee, not the discounted price, but there are instances when this would not be true- memberships, package pricing, and with certain services. I would like to have more control over when discounts are eligible for commissions and when they are not.

  8. Our offer code list gets out of hand very quickly because all offer codes ever created are listed there and not sorted in any easy-to-follow way. We need to be able to make better sense of these codes and easily delete or hide ones that are no longer in use.

  9. I would love for my Guest Care of Service Lead be able to manage forms for appointments but seeing how they are under the gear icon, I am the only one able to create and manage them. Please put them under the mangers tab instead.

  10. I noticed people tipped exponentially more when our systems were down and they werent prompted by the precentages at checkout. Maybe instead of 18, 20 and 22% we had 20, 25 and 30 and if people wanted to tip less they would have to enter it manually?

  12. If it was native in the ratings response form if they select 5 stars for their provider, to be prompted to send a quick snap of their content-ness with their service. If these were appended to the ratings page then businesses would have a great new resource that could organically get positive feedback alongside potential assets to use for marketing purposes.

    Additionally perhaps the photos could go through a round of ML smile scoring to determine the quality of the feedback response and then if our terms and conditions allow for it, suggest to Blvd partners in the Marketing panel…

  14. For example I wanted to do a Botox BOGO sale then quickly realized I cannot put more than one Logo nor can I upload my own design as a gift card template. It would be amazing if there was more customization with that.

    Also if you could sell a digital gift card directly from the in store Sales

  17. When clients have forms to fill out upon arrival, they check in which notifies the service provider they have arrived but then have to fill out the forms. Our stylists are going to get them before they have barely even touched the form. I think this would be easily avoided if they were not marked as checked in until after their forms have been completed.

  18. Right now you can only pull the clientrecord id from the Client Records report. It'd be great if we could obtain that in more reports like 'Client Sales' to easily tie these records together.

  19. add a comment area when there is a change to the inventory. Like when i am recounting, a note would be nice. Or loss, to know its because its expired would be nice
