  4. going in to each service and customizing is soooooo laborious. List all service and just check a box if the tech can -perform that service instead of hving to customize each service!!!!

  5. We do not want guests to be able to cancel their appointment via the confirmation email. If clients wish to cancel, they will need to call. This allows us the chance to get them rescheduled rather than just canceling their appointment. We won't be able to use the email feature at all until this is resolved or it's going to impact us in a very negative way. I saw at least 5 other posts for the same idea so I think if you merge them all you will see there is quite a need for this. This seems like a…

  9. The add-ons are great IF you never have to change anything on the appt! If you need to change say the first service, for example single process, the gloss add-on will be removed! Then you following service is moved up, so you have to retype the gloss, and then re-add the last service ( and you better remember if it was a blow out or a haircut, cause it's gone, and we all know we are always juggling several things at the front desk!)
    So please unlink the add-ons to another service, so we can easily make changes. Thanks

  10. I click on the template I want and start editing and don't realize I didn't click "choose this template" the extra step needs to be removed or you shouldn't be able to edit the template before clicking that button

    Hey folks! Exciting update: clients can now view their membership details in the client portal. By navigating to the new memberships page, they can view:

    • Benefits of their membership
    • Their next billing date
    • The option to update their payment method on file
    • Names of people they've shared their membership with (if applicable)

    Check out the changelog to learn more about this update. 

    This launch does not include the ability for clients to pause or cancel memberships on their own, so I won't mark this idea as 100% complete just yet. Be sure to check out the Client Portal support article for a comprehensive outline of all that clients can do in the portal, and how to install it on your website so it's easy for them to find. 

  12. Having an Instant Message or Pop Up for quick chats between front desk staff at two different locations without having to speak on the phone. It would also leave a clear picture of where a situation stands as the desk staff switch shifts so things wouldn't go unfinished.

  15. There is no way to see or visit past receipts for accounting purposes. There should be a feature to go back into patient profiles to visit each individual transaction, or have a monthly transactional sheet.

  16. Need to have turn key tech solutions when clients book online using the booking widget if they use Safari, Edge, Mozilla or anything other than Chrome. We need smooth booking flow and it is inconvenient to ask clients to use Chrome or delete cookies and cache

  18. I would like the option to request deposits for let's say 4th of July weekend, and then once the weekend is over, no deposits are required again, and then on labor day weekend, the deposits would be turned back on, and off again. Having a calendar date range where specific days deposits for service are required and other days when we're not so in demand no deposits are required.

  20. Would like the ability to TURN off online booking for any staff that has a time block. Marking it as unavailable so that certain services with the double booking option are also still blocked for online booking

    Idea: maybe to have an option to select Unavailable for online booking "time" under Schedule tab under Manage
