  2. Since we are charged for multiple segments if the message is over 160 characters, there should be a character count on the messages so we can be aware of how many of our allotted messages we are using at a time.

  5. Under client notes, it would be great if you could customize the categories (such as adding different sections for notes). We have clients who do numerous different services (hair, facials, massage, etc) and having designated areas for service tech's notes would be so much easier! :)

  6. Ability to see and redeem voucher from mobile application during checkout. Currently you cannot see a voucher even exists and could accidentally charge someone who has a voucher which results in a poor client experience.

  9. Currently I am not able to manually book other appts or different blocked time appts on top of something that is already marked off. I have to go back and adjust the time etc for the time block to allow a new appt or time marked off to be created. We need to be able to touch the screen on the time and day and make whatever kind of appt or time block we want to ONTOP of what ever is already in that spot. Needs much more flexibility for adding multiple appts or tasks rather than having to go…

  13. Providing us with metrics on the marketing campaigns that are sent out. I want to be able to see who it was sent to and who booked an appointment. Open rates etc.

  15. Barefoot Bliss would like the ability to charge a membership transfer fee for clients that want to share a voucher or credit with someone else. They don't want the membership to be inherently sharable, but as a one-off, if a client wants to transfer a credit, they want to charge a fee to do so.

  18. Google workspace allows for hippa compliant licenses. MDs could use Blvd more as an EMR by using google docs and linking them into Blvd. This would allow them to create flowsheets such as weight loss, and use templated chart notes. Currently they would have to download the doc as a pdf and upload- which is alot of steps. A direct link would be much better

  19. A lot of our patients are having trouble with the book online link. When they're existing patients and they log in, the service menu does not appear. However, if they click "new patient? book now" it does give them the service menu. It's weird.
