Member Audience Filter
Now with memberships & packages broken out from products, would like to see a filter for these purchase in client audiences.

We have Senior stylists that are allowed to block their book. We do NOT want them to be able to create or edit appts., but just place block
We want to reserve scheduling appointments for our front desk team. However, our Sr. Stylists may need to block their book and they cannot do that unless we allow them to create appointments as well. Can we please change this?

Print Date and Time Stamps on All Forms and Charts
As a medical practice having the date and time a patient signs a form or a provider signs a chart is very important. Currently, each record shows a time stamp on the computer but this does not appear when it is printed. Having this printed would be very helpful for any medical legal issues. Thank you.

Need to have a report that can be run for gift card balance totals so the company balance sheet may be updated by accountant.
Gift card reports to be more thorough and usable.

Multiple Job Roles
Looking for this feature as we have Estheticians who also work front desk. If they are assigned as an Esthetician, they will show available on the calendar even if they are working as front desk. Need to assign different job roles per day in the employee scheduler.

Ability to set service prices by staff role at the business manager level
This would allow a business to set service prices by staff role at the business manager level and would be applied across all locations, for all staff in staff roles.

We would like to see a referral TREE.
This means I can pull up a client, and it will show branches of who they have referred as branches, and then break that down into additional branches of who those clients have referred. All leading back to the main client!

tipping options for assistant
Many client end up tipping assistant 5 cent instead of 5 dollars because they need to add 2 zeros. Could add an option for 3 different dollars amounts for assistant like, 5 $ 10$ or 20$ and custom amount.

Be able to add Forms/Charts from desktop
I often use a laptop and ipad to chart at work. I am unable to add forms to chart on from the laptop/desktop version of Boulevard. Would be convienent and helpful to be able to do this from both devices.

Permission: Modify voucher expiration date
Not all users who have access to the client profile should be able to change a voucher's expiration date. This impact liabilities and makes it too easy for any user to honor services beyond the company's sales rules. It should be approved and updated by management only.

Improve Duo - Reduce Constant Disconnect and Unlinking
Our practice has (4) of the latest iPad Pros and (3) duos. They are constantly disconnecting/unpairing from the duo and/or unliking from the BLVD software. This is extremely frustrating. These iPads are dedicated to BLVD use and I've tried everything to keep them from doing this. I'm actually quite surprised there aren't more complaints. Please fix this! Before BLVD we had Square and their POS systems is leaps and bounds above BLVD. I can count on one hand how many times the system disconnected. members only services
limit the ability for services to be booked by only specific clients, such as clients who have a membership. Some of our services are for members only and we do not offer them to non-members. However, currently either anyone can book the service online or none of our members can book the service online.

Integrate with word, or some grammar and punctuation program for messages
Having autocorrect, suggested punctuation and grammar built-in (such as Microsoft Word)would make messaging clients more proficient, and professional.
