  1. 3 of our 4 locations are rental, and not everyone processes their service payments through Boulevard. We would love to have a report for ALL booked appointments regardless of if they are checked out, so that we have an accurate appointment count for each location.

  3. When looking at the Front Desk view, tags for appointments and tags for profiles are all in the top right corner of client boxes. They should be in separate places so it's easier to differentiate

  4. The new message tab does not preserve line breaks in sent messages. They do send with the line breaks, but the message window does not show them. This can make sent messages very hard to read/understand. Especially when you are sending a list of openings to someone wanting to book. The list on our end ends up looking like this:

    Hi Name, We have the following openings: Tuesday at 2:00 with Kate Wednesday at 4:00 with Steve Thursday at 12:00 with Jane Friday at 1:00 with Marcy Please let us know if you would like any of those appointments

  8. I use JustCall for my cloud-based phone system right now, it's a Twilio number that allows 2-way texts and recorded phone calls for quality assurance and training purposes. Would Boulevard be able to incorporate that? I would love to switch to all-in usage of Boulevard and cut out the extra expenses of that other phone system. It costs a lot.

  9. Being able to restrict service providers from viewing certain reports/limiting them to see their own metrics would be very helpful.
    For example, service providers should only be able to see their own tips/commission, and not view everyone else's.

  10. I'd like to be able to charge for a valet service and would love to be able to charge that from a 'Valet' section on the checkout window. Could this be something that is implemented?

  11. we need a report that shows patient conversion. if they book a consultation, which services were booked post consultation. Also conversion between esthetic to medical and vice versa.

  20. It'd be a great idea if warnings were surfaced before sending out a One Time Blast advising the user that these campaigns cannot be edited, or unsent once they go live so that users are notified that they need to check settings and their content over before launching a campaign.
