  2. Rather than pausing the membership and charging nothing, it would be great to be able to put the membership on pause while still charging something (like $10) to make sure card is still active and in lieu of charging a cancellation/reactivation fee

  3. There is not a report that calculates the NET sale based on product usage. (Yes there is one for a business charge - but we are using Botox and Filler so the cost varies per service) We really need a report that shows us the NET profit of each service, subtracting the cost of the products used in that service.

  4. Add customization options to Summaries similar to those available in Reports. This would allow users to:

    • Select which data columns to display
    • Arrange columns in their preferred order
    • Apply filters to focus on specific metrics
    • Save custom Summary layouts for future use

    Current Pain Point: Users cannot modify Summary views to match their specific business needs, unlike Reports which offer extensive customization options. This limitation makes it harder for businesses to quickly access and analyze the specific data they need.

  10. This feature would improve the Appointment Service Records Report by adding two key functionalities:

    • Timezone Adjustment: Allow users to view the report in their local timezone, enhancing accuracy and convenience for businesses operating across different time zones.
    • Staff Name Display: Introduce an option to show staff names alongside or instead of staff IDs, making the report more user-friendly and easier to interpret at a glance.

    These enhancements would significantly improve the report's usability, providing more relevant and easily understandable information to users managing appointments and staff schedules.

  11. Businesses should be asked before being charged for additional services.

    I.E. (you have used your allotted emails for this month, would you like to upgrade your subscription ?)

  12. If an appointment is booked at 11am, the first 15-minutes of the appointment is used for the patient to meet with the medical assistant for numbing and/or bloodwork, then they see the provider. So the business would like the provider to be able to take an appointment during 11am-11:15am.

  13. I wish when scanning out inventory, such as color used for the day, that you could scan all items at once and it accounts for duplicates. This was something that was really beneficial on our former salon software, STX.

  15. There are times where our injectors need to add notes for a patient that's unrelated to a specific appointment (i.e. ordering medications or a phone call follow up). With how it's set up now, its difficult to attach forms and we have to go into a previous appointment and chart through there.

  16. Create a way to export our lists of products. If we can export them all in a spreadsheet, it will allow us to more easily transfer the products in bulk. this could be used to go to our shopify store for example.

  17. To have the ability to create customized automations that trigger when certain actions are met, such as a few days after a new client's first visit has been completed or for a returning client. You could use it as a drip campaign to welcome new clients and introduce upsell opportunities.

  18. Your client portal is difficult to navigate with the new refer a friend. Once they sign in it should be write on the front page. It says make an appt. and then gift card. It should be refer a friend directly under that. You have them look at past appts. Then they have to get a code. Then click on their name. And then .... see refer a friend. LORD. Make this more user friendly. My older clients will absolutely not do this.
