Ability to decide if we want to show prices of services during online booking for medspas
It would be nice to have the option not to show the prices of our services when patients use the online booking feature.
It's something we've never done and it's not common practice for the other medspas in our area to advertise the cost of services during online booking or anywhere on their website.
We just want people to be able to book the service(s) online without showing the cost of the selected service(s).

Add Operator Field to Inventory Adjustments Report
Alani Skin MD would like the ability to see the operator associated with inventory adjustments within the report. Currently they have to go into each product details window for this level of visibility.

Better product reports with unit costs
There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.
It would also be helpful…

Family Profiles
We have quite a few families that we see as clients and the parent wants to use the CC on file. Instead of having to type the card number in each profile, it would be beneficial to be able to group them under one profile.

Filter for multiple client profiles.
Can Boulevard please add a filter to filter out clients with multiple profiles so the profiles can be merged?

merge clients doesn't work
Very often when I am merging two client profiles the second profile will not pop up, I am sure I am entering the information correctly.

Mark-Ups - Ability to Select Product Used
It would be amazing from the Mark-Ups to allow to select from a list which product was used. Perhaps a drop down and color coded would be amazing.

Priority tags for waitlists
Having a priority tag for waitlists would be hugely helpful. Occasionally people have a client they want to contact first and as of right now you have to dig through all of the notes of individual clients, which can be quite a feat for longer waitlists.

We would like the ability to disable last minute cancellations from Clients.
This is crucial as it will save us a lot of time and money cancellations cost.

Ability for easier/quicker way for employees to log in
Problem: Our spa has one desktop computer for all of our team to use to check their clients out. We do not have a receptionist, so I created a "receptionist" profile that stays logged in at all times during business hours. We found this was the easiest way to check out our guests efficiently and in a timely manner. It takes way too long for each employee to log in/out using their email and password, IF they can even remember it.
I want each employee to ONLY use their Blvd account when they’re doing anything in Blvd.

Reports that track the inventory trends of what your buying
Inventory Tracker and Forecaster - A report that will be able to track the colors / products you have bought the last 6 months so you can adjust your minimums based on the popularity of the product .
