  1. When patient treatment records are printed, there is no patient identifier on each page. This is crucial for us and would be extremely useful.

  3. We need to be able to filter audiences by "no upcoming appointment" so that we can have emails go out only to patients who have no appointments on the schedule!

We have BLDV up on the computer all day and we are kinda busy so its quick to forget to stop at the computer real quick to check and see if someone has messaged/texted us, booked a sameday appointment, or if someone is calling. Unless we are standing at the computer most times we miss all the potential notifcations until someone stops and looks. So i would love the abilty to have a sound when atleast a message comes in!

    1. The ability to duplicate a campaign rather than reinventing the wheel every time
    2. Emoji's in the subject line
    3. Store branded colors and fonts
    4. Reports that show who opened and who unsubscribed (not just a number but names)
    5. Better email templates
    6. The ability to choose multiple audiences for the campaign
    7. This was said before, but the ability to send to clients that may not be clients, but have purchased before.

  10. Useful when leads submit forms with images attached. Uploading to the Gallery via image URLs would allow us to have all client info in Blvd. Instead of just text details (name, email, phone, etc) in Blvd while the photos have to be accessed elsewhere.

    This ability could allow an easy Zapier integration for an Add Images To Gallery action.

    Heck, uploading images via URL could simplify data migration for new Blvd subscribers.

    Gallery uploads being limited to local storage feels a little outdated in this modern world.

  11. Integrate with Sylton's Observe 520 for the IQ system that Alma uses. Since you are moving more into the medical side, many of your clients will be working with Alma Lasers and have IQ systems. If you had an integration that could far more easily integrate the IQ pictures straight into the patient's gallery in Boulevard, that would be amazing.

  14. We would like a new tab listed under "Reports", "Summaries" and "Overview" dedicated to Membership information.

  16. Not all our providers perform all our services. When we are booking an appt, If you click under a persons name, under the dropdown of services it shows all our services. It would be nice if just the services that provider does pops up.
