Textable box for intake form: forums and charts that clients do put in a name of the person who referred them.
We'd like another option on the part of the intake form where it asks about referrals, with a textable window where somebody could put in a client's name or how they heard about us if it is not something we already have in there as a clickable advertising referral partner.

Allergies and Medications
Allergies and medications are not as visible on the patient profile as they should be, and this is a patient safety concern.
This information needs to be more prominent and easy to access at a glance. If it’s buried or requires extra clicks, it increases the risk of missed allergies or medication interactions. Making this more visible would help providers make safer, faster decisions and improve overall patient care.

save comparison photos in gallery directly
When you have a comparison photo you like, it would be great to have a save to gallery button. Currently you have to do too many steps outside of boulevard to get a comparison saved.

Review history for forms & charts in APIs
Expose the full history of review events for a chart (not just the latest state of a single overwritten record) via the data share or API, so multi-stage review workflows (e.g., senior nurse review → NP sign-off) can be distinguished and timed.

access to charts

This report would allow their admins to track how many forms and charts have been signed off and completed by their medial directors.

expiring charts
it would be nice if we can set an expiration date for chart notes like we can for forms. in the medical world we need to complete a good faith exam yearly and place standing orders. it would be nice if we can set the chart note to expire at a year and pop back in to their next appointment as a reminder for compliance. thanks!

Adding "grid lines" as a camera feature when taking photos in someone's chart
When taking a photo in someone's chart (ex. aesthetic note) can we add grid lines so that photos are more consistent. Uploading photos are a hippa violation so we would love to be able to upgrade the photo taking features.

We’ve found that when clients are asked to complete multiple forms, they often only finish one. This isn’t intentional—it’s usually the result of form fatigue and an overly complicated process.
A simpler solution would make it easy to combine multiple forms into one, add an existing form to another, or copy and move sections between forms. This would reduce repetition, make the experience easier for clients, and save time for staff.
Streamlining forms in this way would lead to higher completion rates, fewer follow-ups, and a smoother, more user-friendly experience overall.

This is a post to advocate for better mark up options on patient charts! The current markup options are pretty limited. It would be great to have more color choices, the ability to add text boxes directly onto markups, and the ability to link products to specific areas on the markup. Product linking is a game changer because it lets you track total units used across a chart and can even auto generate a suggested price based on what was applied. This is a newer feature that Vagaro rolled out that has been so nice to use. Would love to…

Forms with Expiration Date showing up if tied to a service
If a form with an expiration date is tied to a service and has previously been filled out, it would be very helpful to be able to see that form (and it's expiration date) along with the others in the appointment.This way we would not have to click out of the appointment, go into patient chart, old forms and look that way. For example, our Medical History Form is set to once per year however I still want to easily be able to look at it, review it, and make edits if needed with each visit. Thank you

connected box for date/day of treatment
It would be super helpful to have a "connected field" for the date/day of treatment. As of now, there is none and the chart gets timestamped with the date of submission rather with no record inside the chart of what day the treatment was. If we could build in a connected filed for "date" that would solve the problem.
