  1. It's actually insane that Boulevard doesn't allow us to customize the Receipt Note at the TOP of the receipt. It only allows us to customize a note that is buried at the bottom. We don't want to say "thank you for your business," because we have a much more dynamic and relaxed relationship with our clients. We have had to resort to using an outside software program to allow us to send a thank you email in our own tone instead of using the thing we pay for already. Please do better!

  4. create a feature that offers staff to request time off on their schedule. Other staff can 'pick it up' and it automatically adjusts!

  8. When a new service is created we would like a setting on the business level access to disable online booking for all locations rather than having to go through each individual location to turn off. This is time consuming and need the option of setting this overall for the business.

  11. When I am trying to send a new MESSAGE to a new customer, the NOTE box is highlighted instead of the SEARCH box for a name.
    Can you please change it so that managers can find customers more quickly and send the message?

  12. An option to export the upcoming appointments for a suspended employee to csv or excel would be helpful as we sometimes want this report rather than working exclusively through Boulevard.

  14. We need to be able to calculate commissions with the cost of goods subtracted. This is very important for tox sales specifically. We are unable to sell tox as a service due to the nature of the visit. Never really know how many units will be sold. So we have to sell it as a product. We have to calculate this in a spreadsheet every time we run payroll, and it is VERY time-consuming. There should be a very easy way to do this!

Please stop adding the business charge to the daily performance, business charges are a PART of the service not labor and its confusing my new staff when they see business charges inside the daily total and always think something is being taken from them. PLEASE I beg you just show them the total they can earn commission on, not the business charge so they can see what to expect on their pay. They always think money is missing

  20. I wanted to ask if it’s possible to create a custom referral link instead of only using the referral form for the $1000 credit.
    I’d love to feature Boulevard on my website as part of my favorite resources and offer referrals directly through a link.
    A lot of people admire our setup, and it would be much easier to refer them if I could simply share a unique link rather than have every referral go through me manually.
    Is there a way to generate a personal referral link, or could this be something you enable? It would make referring Boulevard…
