  3. I would like to submit an idea. I feel for text messaging in the med spa business is very important, especially in such a fast paced time like today. But since we are paying for those certain amount of texts, if we happen to not use all of them, I feel it would be nice to have them rolled over. I think once a med spa gets busier, even with the rolled over usages, it'll still go over what's given in that package so it'll be a win win situation for both sides.

  4. We have some employees that need more lead time for online booking than others (they live much farther away). It would be useful to be able to change the online booking lead times for just those employees and keep it at the business default for everyone else.

  6. Under Manage for location Manager should not automatically have access to modify business details and other staff detail settings. There should be an option to restrict this.

  9. Separate permission settings so that certain staff can create products, but not edit, and deactivate them.
    We want to ensure that our team members cannot change product information (like sell price) or deactivate them at the location, but still have the capacity to support our general inventory processes.

  10. I am seeing way too much standardization on the business operational backend. We are paying for this service, not the other way around, therefore we deserve to have more options for unique customizations on behalf of our practice that allows us to genuinely express how we will manage them as they move forward with us. Boulevard is NOT a unique experience and actually making it harder for our business to operate

  15. Our salon needs commission tiers with a layered structure, e.g., $1-2500 = 40% of that amount. Then, the amount between 2500-3500 could receive 45%, and 3500-5000 = 50%, and so on. This should also include an hourly and commission option to fulfill state minimum wage requirements that can be reflected in the commission totals. (minimum hourly rate; or rate desired would work randomly with the commission totals showing that the hourly totals could be nullified by commission amounts if desired.)

  16. An automated email from the building system would provide options for information, including daily totals and summaries. These options may include retail staff numbers or selections to be checked, as well as a synopsis of the total day, week, month, or year.
