Valid credit card for all clients when scheduling
We have had several clients schedule without a valid credit card on file and they no show. I just recently found out that if the client already has their name and info in BLVD from another spa that they are not required to input info. This is big issue since we have had 5 clients no show with no way to charge them.

I keep finding that people put cards in, then have them turned off, or use fake numbers. We can almost never charge the card on file when people late cancel or no-show anyway. It is a problem bigger than Boulevard.
