Do not remove cancelled appointments from schedule
Currently cancelled appointments just go away. Instead, having them turn red or another color that signifies it was cancelled would help us.

Having options for different types of cancellation would be great. I love the idea of a "ghost" appointment to show cancelled appointments at least for a period of time after cancellation. I also would love the option to keep a late cancel or no show in the schedule and marking employee time as occupied as these aren't the fault of the employee and shouldn't necessarily show up as open times for productivity metrics.
