Service Bundles and Day Spa Packages
Service bundles - have the ability to have multiple services in one service booking, and for the services to be with different service providers.
i.e. "pamper package" books services in package back to back...
10:30am mani - SP 1
11am facial - SP 2
12pm massage - SP 3

We have a sauna and salt room. We would love to offer these as add-on services at the time of booking, but the current add-on system only allows services that can be performed by the same provider.
A mechanism to allow these services to be listed as add-ons would greatly increase their utilization and profitability for us.

If you are offering packages that include multiple modalities (example: a spa that does a 'spa day' package including a massage, foot soak, salt room and float) allowing clients to puchase and book easily. The system should know when the resources are available to book them off as individual appts that are part of a package.

Yes, please! We are a team based salon with guests who often receive hair and esthetics services. This is critical for the efficiency of our operation.

We offer several services that don't have an actual provider like sauna, red light therapy, and compression. It would be great for clients to book these as add-ons to their massages. We are losing out on a lot of business since switching to Boulevard because our clients can no longer book multiple services in an easy way. Booker, our last software, allowed for packages of multiple services, with different providers, that could be booked as one bundled service. This made it much easier for our clients to book all the services they wanted online. Without this ability, we have seen a significant decrease in multi-service bookings online.

Change the order in which you select add ons to after you select a professional. Not all providers can do all add ons, especially when businesses have multiple estheticians using multiple different product lines.

Please instruct your engineering team to develop a feature that allows customers to book multiple services with different providers. When customers select their spa day package, they should be able to choose the starting time for the first service. The Boulevard platform should then automatically schedule the remaining services with the appropriate service providers in the background. Customers should not have to put in additional effort to create their spa day experience on our website. This feature is standard in the industry on other platforms and needs to be developed as soon as possible.

There needs to be a better way to book packages (such as a Massage and a facial) instead of having the client have to book each part of a package individually. We can't put them as add-ons because the service tech is different for each service. We face so many issues where a client hasn't booked one or the other and our name of the packages has to include a long description to get them to book the other half. Please fix!!

Please allow Services and Products (Service Packages) to both be bookable in the same category. We run monthly specials and often have a service as well as a service package (which gets categorized as a product). We can't list them under the monthly special which makes it impossible to book online and complicates things for the customer and the front desk having to do everything manually.

It would be nice if we could pair two services together, even if both services require different providers in different service roles.
For example, if someone needs extractions and salt exfoliation (esthetician) prior to a dermal stamping (injector)... it would be nice to book one service called "dermal stamping" provided by the injector, that would allow us to add on the esti service of the extractions and salt exfoliation.

Add-ons currently require the same service provider as the base service (which is great).
Suggesting that we give the option to make more flexibility around this.
It may help with the "Day Package" (multiple services, different service providers with 1 selection at the time of booking) blocker.
If there is a way I could book a base service and select add-on services and the add-on goes to separate providers, this will allow me to build a day package.
Today's workflow only allows you to book with the same service provider for base & add-on.
Day Packages usually require different service providers. Ex: Massage, Facial, Mani & Pedi -

Some services don't require an actual service provider (sauna) - It would be nice if add-on services could be assigned to different providers to allow more booking capabilities in the dashboard

If a service provider is working on one client and another one starts the service and provides the add-on as well, they should be able to have that add-on service booked/moved under their name so that they can receive commission and recognition for the service they provided for a client. Multiple stylists could end up doing just the add-ons for clients and they cannot get the appropriate commission for it because the add-ons only don't allow for flexibility between stylists who need assistance with starting and/or finishing clients.

It would be nice to send an external link to a direct service and not have the option to add more and send the client straight to check out and inputting their info.

At my Medspa we have facials that involved using blood drawn from the patients, the esthetician can do the facial but cannot draw the blood. We would love having the add on be able to be booked with a nurse, so her schedule can be blocked and she would get service commission for the service as well.

The ability to select add-ons with different providers than the one performing the base service.
This is a crucial feature for departmentalized businesses and any others who want to cross-promote between departments or providers.
This will also allow for more appointment offerings during online booking.

We offer "Spa Packages" where multiple services with varying service providers are grouped together in one reservation on the same visit/ same client. We name these packages and the client books by that name. Currently, we schedule each service as individual session and the client is charged per separate session and it is very disjointed, especially on their receipt. This doesn't allow us the ability to charge a set package price, but rather each individual service has to total the package price, or we manually adjust prices on one service so it matches what was advertised as the total package price. This creates issues on the reporting side. We are former Booker clients and that platform gave us the ability to create and schedule "spa packages" and it was extremely helpful in our busy spa.

This would allow clients to book a package (multiple services for one day), as a package. For instance a massage, facial and sauna session named DAY PACKAGE at a discounted rate, under that name.

It is very deceiving that a client is clicking through "individual appointments" to buy packages, products and memberships. I have had several clients buy packages without realizing that the appointments weren't booked for those specific services. Especially when other services are scheduled. They are assuming the services included in the package were booked as well.
