Some states require a law for refunds to go back within a certain amount of days.

Just like all restaurant deposits, when a client cancels an apt, the deposit needs to go back automatically without the manager having to do each one manually.

Same here. We constantly take phone orders for home care replenishments. Seems that they would want the CC fee vs pushing us to find other solutions.

I’m just curious when the secure credit card link feature will be offered? It’s been waitlisted for almost two years, and our previous system had this functionality for years. A secure credit card link feels like a basic necessity in today’s digital age. Could you please provide an update or a timeline for when this feature might be available?
I’m starting to consider switching to a new platform, as I never imagined it would take this long to implement such an essential feature. Your insight would be greatly appreciated.

For businesses that provide services like laser where multiple services are being booked per appt, there needs to be an option to have an overall appt deposit, vs service deposit. If an appt has multiple services per appt the deposit will get quite high

It really defeats the purpose of clients pre-purchasing credits or vouchers if they will still be asked to make a deposit when booking online. This also ties up our front desk with having to take unnecessary phone calls to book appointments for clients who are used to booking their own appointments. This should really be a simple fix for the system to recognize a clients credits and vouchers as full payment for services they have prepaid for. Please fix this soon. it seems like this has been a request for over 4 years and it is a very important one!

VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT! The number of no-shows and same-day cancellations are out of control. It eliminates the uneasy feeling for clients as their information is not inputted over the phone but from themselves.
