Location Details in Text Reminders
For multi location businesses, they are requesting for the location address (or some type of location specifics) to the added to the automated SMS. This is due to the locations being close together and clients becoming confused on what location they booked at. Often times, this Biz says the clients will go to the wrong address. They feel the SMS reminder would be helpful in addition to the email.
Boulevard's automated sms appointment confirmations and reminders include location details.

Since we have many locations, it should state which location the client's appointment is at in the text confirmations in association with their confirmation emails

Hi
We have 20 locations, some of which are closely located to each other. Often we have clients going to the wrong location because they only see the text reminder to confirm. If the text reminder had the location of the booking in it, it would be very helpful.

For salons with multiple locations, adding which LOCATION they're booked at to the confirmation details so that clients have a second reminder on which location they're going to would be very helpful, in case reception fails to confirm verbally.
