  1. This app would be great to be able to use an amazon fire tablet as they are so much more affordable than apple and android devices. Deveolping the software to run on FIRE OS operating system is very similar to the android systems. I understand you can add google play to an amazon fire os system, but it would be nice to have the boulevard software available on amazon apps.

  2. We have treatments that require daily follow-up phone calls while a patient is under our care. We need to be able to schedule phone call appointments on the nurse's calendar without those appointments sending appointment reminders to patients, so having an option in the appointment type to turn off reminders would be awesome.

  7. When searching products in the manage or gear tab the search allows names and UPCs, but not SKUs. Many of our products are barcoded with the internal SKU since they don't have a UPC. Searching by SKU would be very helpful to be able to scan a product and have it come up to manage.

  8. It would be helpful to show how the appt was booked when viewing the client profile. Right now you can see if it was booked by client or staff when in the main calendar page, but not when in the client profile viewing upcoming appts.

  9. Booker allows you to search by the customer's name, email or phone number and merge all accounts together instead of having to do two at a time. Also, once you've selected all the client profiles to merge, you're provided with the date each profile was created, the last time it was logged into by the client and links to all the orders associated with each account and shows you in a single column which information you've chosen before merging. This also allows you to see which account was used most recently in case you are merging profiles without the client…

  10. whenever a client no shows and it gives the option to checkout with the no show fee i would like the appointment to still stay on the books and be in a column like unconfirmed clients

  11. Booker is unreliable but I was sold on Boulevard supposedly being more intuitive than Booker but I'm finding it far more tedious. You guys need to basically copy every aspect of Booker

  12. Booker gives you the option to drag out/in the calendar's width and length. Boulevard needs this option so you can compress the entire day's schedule into view

  16. In the BLVD DUO app... it times out after a minute, and often messes someone up that is filling out their forms. Is there a way to put in a request to get rid of the time out feature? And if there's not, can we request a longer time out period, more like 5 minutes vs 60 seconds. It has been an ongoing issue for some of our staff and clients to deal with.

  17. It's really difficult to understand how well any given offer code is performing (especially if it's a limited time offer) when you can't see if patients applied the code when online booking. The only way it comes up is when you go to check the appointment out. It makes our business look disorganized when the front desk and providers don't have that visibility. Our providers will pitch something to the patient not knowing they already "signed up" for another offer.
