Care Credit cards are not real credit cards
Please stop allowing clients to reserve appointments with CareCredit cards. These are not real credit cards & cannot be run if they no-show or cancel last minute. Your system is supposed to be running verification on cards when appts are booked, so it must not be doing this.

Revise Email Receipt so Request for Review is visible within a mobile screen
I agree with others that we should have the option to text the receipt but more importantly that the prompt to leave a review should be visible within their mobile screen. Clients see that it is simply a receipt and do not scroll to the bottom to see that they are being asked to leave a review. We would greatly appreciate this so we do not have to keep verbally giving these instructions and come across as desperate for reviews!

Ordering similar services together but allowing any order
keeping services with the same type/category together but allowing any order. Scheduling order is helpful for keeping certain add ons with their base service and provider in one lump, but it they need a manicure service with add ons and a pedicure services with add ons, there should be the ability to be flexible on which of those service groups can be scheduled first so as not to limit availability.

It would be nice to provide each of our team member a report that shows percentages/counts from one year to the next without having to pull from multiple reports. It would be helpful when coaching them on areas to improve and goal setting.

Bring the ability to remove individual forms from appointments
Currently if you need to remove a form that isn't needed from an appointment, you have to 'complete it offline' and then 'archive' it. Is there any way we can add a 'remove' option for if the form isn't needed?
