we have many different services that require different pre and post care instructions. for example, in the booking notification for a spray tan we want to tell them to wear specific clothing, for lashes we want to let them know to plan not to wash their face or shower. for extensions we want to let them know to take Tylenol bc their heads will be sore. on vagaro I was able to customize the client instructions based on what service they were getting

Keep the original membership date despite charge date!
Keep the original membership charge date despite the card being charged later. no other system changes it like boulevard. booker, vagaro, etc all leave the original date despite the charge date. its labor intensive to have to manually update this every month.

Custom restrictions for the mobile app vs web when restricting IP
Allow for employees to use the mobile app to see their schedules etc while restricting IP for the web version which has more data than the professional app.

Allow negative discounts through offers for the purpose of doing surge pricing for holidays or peak times
Example: New Years Eve services, to not only entice staff to work hours that are usually requested off, but also to increase revenue to make up for reduced hours. Offer = Percentage off = -20% so that $100 is now $120 for selected dates, auto apply.

Lip Scrubs/Exfoliators
I think adding lip scrubs especially in the winter would be an amazing idea, we can even add special scents during the holidays like Hot Chocolate or butterscotch or in the spring we can have flower like scents. WHO DOESN'T LOVE A GOOD LIP SCRUB???

Better product reports with unit costs
There needs to be the ability to see Product Sales with unit cost on same report. This would reflect the bottom line in order to calculate our net revenue. Currently you have Gross product sales and Net product sales. But net is only net of any discounts, not net of the cost of the product. So really you need an option for columns with gross product sales, discounts applied, cost of products sold and finally, net product revenue. This is the information as a business owner i need to see to compare profit margins etc.

Add "New Sale" button on Calendar page for a quick walk in retail sale
Often time we are on the calendar page supervising the schedule. For a swift and quick random walk in or forgot to also purchase can just stay on the calendar page and have a button to check out a random purchase that didnt have an appointment.

ability to add / upload client charts and forms that were previously treated under a prior booking system but have not been seen for an appointment under the new booking system. or overall ability to upload forms and charts without the need to attach to an appointment

Add the ability to bulk add time blocks for all staff members at once.
This would be really useful for instances when we're having a company meeting and need to ensure the provider's are blocked from booking so they are able to attend.

only list the services that particular service provider has selected show up when viewing in profile.
Tired of scrolling down to find pricing for a stylist or colorist. Only show the services they provide or at least show them at the top of the screen.

Have the ability to redeem vouchers/gift cards when online booking
When a client is booking online - have their vouchers available as payment. Also, a place for a client to redeem a gift card as payment.

Disable credit card offset for client for the booking deposit fee
Clients should not have to pay the credit card offset % for the booking deposit fee when booking. It is not right because they haven't filled out the forms yet, so they do not know what the fee is and cannot consent to it. This is a legal problem for states like CA. But I would still like to keep a deposit and have the offset charge for the service at checkout, so please disable it only for the booking deposits.
