  2. it is very confusing that the app background for availability is white and the closed hours are grey and the desktop version is completely opposite. Please adjust it to reflect exactly how it appears on the dashboard.

  7. Objective:
    To implement new safety measures to protect company data, specifically by managing access to the newly updated Clients tab and the ability to create and view targeted audiences.

    Background:
    With the recent update to the Clients tab, users can now 'drill down' into client data and create targeted client lists. Previously, a client list with 12,000 entries was not very actionable, but with the new update, users can filter and extract valuable information. This poses a potential risk if sensitive data falls into the wrong hands.

  9. Product should have default POS amount. Dont always start at 1 always but default 5 , 25 or 100. Important when selling multiple of single item or unit.

  11. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  14. We would like our front desk to get an email anytime a client books online and has a scheduling alert in their profile OR if a client leaves a note in their appointment when booking online. This will prevent our front desk from missing important notifications and changes that need to be made ahead of time to an appointment can take place before the day-of.

  15. Some of our stylists have suggested having a direct link to book with them for their IG profiles. This would save the client time from being directed to the booking link on our website and have to choose their preferred service provider.

  16. Our patients are requesting the ability to send and receive documents/attachments to our office securely through the patient portal.

    It would also be helpful if patients could view a read-only version of documents they have previously signed (ie: post-treatment reminders).

  17. Blvd needs to understand why other platforms have prioritized reviews and business listings/a directory of the companies that they work with. Essentially the blvd universe. If you are on a platform that does not list your businesses and have customized follow-ups for reviews, then you are falling behind. My SEO company has advised me to sign up for other platforms based on the fact that Fresha, Massage Book, Mind Body, etc., have business listings that are pulling those companies that use them higher in listings and bringing them more business due to showing up higher in search.   19. only allow marketing emails to be sent on a per location client basis. Right now Franchisees are able to send marketing emails to other locations' clients due to having access to the full client list within the dashboard.
