  1. We would like a way to limit the amount of clients who can book for a specific service in a given time range.

    This would allow us to run "Class" type services and limit the amount of users who can purchase this service and ultimately attend.

  2. I believe it would be very interesting if Boulevard could improve the way commission are set up. Instead of having to set it up individually, we could have a table with all services on side and all employees on the other side. It would save us time and make the process more seamless.

  3. Please allow clients to cancel from their reminder!!! This isn't new technology, our old lame software offered this option. It's so much easier and faster than the current options for canceling

  4. We should be able to change the timing of when messages are sent out. The 1 days before appointment reminder text should not be sent out at 5pm. Our cancellation policy is 24 hours before an appointment. So it should be sent, at the very latest, 8am. Boulevard is also delivering text messages late at night ex. 9:30pm. Which is very disruptive to our customers. We never had this issue at Vagaro

  5. Right now, I have to figure out a way to get forms to clients when they sign up for a membership, and there's no decent automated workflow available for this. It is cumbersome. So instead of trying to automate it, I send the forms myself... but this is counterintuitive for someone that is actively purchasing a membership, spending the money, and then receiving a contract to sign later on - after they've already committed themselves. It needs to happen in order, in the same workflow process.

    A new membership purchase might not be caught until later on in the day…

  6. There is no marketing filter for gift certificates. Who is most likely to buy one? The person who last bought one. Right now we have 8k people in there with no appointments- some are gift cert buyers, some canceled....its really hard to tell who is who. We tried to hand tag it and it was a massive protect. We just need a gift certificate filter to reach those people and re-market to them.
    It would also just be super helpful to know who received a gift cert. Its really hard to tell and we do sometimes use a gift cert…

  7. It would be helpful if Blvd could update the forms and charts to accurately reflect the true status of a client's signature. Currently, when a client doesn't sign a document, it still appears as "Completed" on their profile, which can be misleading. To prevent this confusion, I suggest that if a form or chart is not signed by the client, it should not be labeled as "Completed." Instead, it should show as "Pending" or another more accurate status to avoid any misunderstanding. This would help ensure the accuracy of information and reduce potential errors.

  8. Having the ability to edit and make changes to client notes instead of having to make a new note or deleting a note and starting over to make corrections or add additional notes.

  9. use ai to make suggestions based on historical data on different business operation strategies such as "Reduce/Increase staffing/hours Saturdays in December." or "Change availability of staff A because their usage is low/high." or "Run a 30% off special in the spring based on customer trends." or "Call/Email these people to offer xyz service based on previous bookings."

    Basically use data to give automatic insights and suggestions to the owners of the service. Currently, we have reports which are great. However, it would be nice to get trendiness, graphs, charts, and suggestions/recommendations for the non tech-savvy owner who uses your services…

  12. There should be an option to add a modifier to the persons request of service on the waitlist. This is helpful due to some modifiers being linked to time wanted for service (i.e. a modifier/addon that adds 15 mins to a service time)

  20. allow packages to be able to connect to inventory. Over half of our packages are items we need taken from inventory, would be convenient to be able to create a pack that connects to products and not just services. this would eliminate having to create a offer, and letting the package be a specific price.
