    We have over 3,000 clients

    I moved from Vagaro to BLVD and had over 1500 clients numbers approved for texting. Now with BLVD I only have 200. Very disappointing as I am missing out on a huge chance to market.

    Very SAD and frustrating :(

    Thought I was moving to a better system for the cost of BLVD they should have better features and especially more supportive with us to market to our clients

  7. If autocorrect changes a patient name while they are filling out their forms, it will change it in their patient profile. Can we disable this feature? If we, or the patient, does not catch this change, it makes it difficult to find patient profiles.

    I can turn autocorrect off on our check-in iPads but this does not solve the problem if patients are filling their forms out on their personal devices prior to their appointment.

  8. The daily summary report is helpful to get a nice view of daily sales for an entire month. It would be even better if that report had the option to show payment methods, or if there was a separate report that included payment methods. A report like this would make it very easy to export a large volume of daily sales data for import into accounting software.

  11. We have providers that work all day, but are only available for telehealth half of the day, and in-clinic the other half. Right now, in order to correctly display their schedule online, I had to create 2 separate accounts for the same provider in order to attach them to the correct "resource." I would like to be able to have one account reflect their schedule.

  12. Add permissions for privilege groups that will allow / disallow the viewing of different metrics in the cash register respectively.

    In addition to limiting the reported upon date range for the given data specific to who is logged into the dashboard and viewing the register.

  17. Currently, Boulevard categorizes sales into Services and Products. It would be incredibly helpful if Products could be further divided into two categories for more precise reporting. For example, in an aesthetic practice, we sell physical products that clients take home, such as skincare and hair care items. We also sell in-office products, like injectables, that are used on the client during their visit. Having separate categories for these would improve tracking and reporting efficiency!

  19. When scheduling from the dashboard it is possible to view appointments without a client name, but when you try to book it takes you back to the details window to add a name. There is no attention called to the name area, you just have to know that is the problem.

    The issue I ran into earlier is I put in a new client name, but somehow didn't click "new client". The name populates in the detail window, but the appointment won't book. (and there is no attention called to the fact that the name isn't saved as a new…

E.g. a block from 12-4pm can have a block double booked onto it to specify any further notes within the block period or a block description can be separated by lines (1-2pm: _______ (new line) 2-3pm: __________ (new line) 3-4pm: ___________) without creating a separate block for every hour of the whole block period
