Reporting based on city, not zip codes
Would like to be able to search "Long beach" and for the zip codes for LB to generate. It's taking some time having to sit and lookup all the zip codes that fall under LB.

Blocked time for PERSONAL should not show in hours scheduled in Staff Performance report
When pulling report for sick time or vaction time accural, blocked personal time should not show in hours scheduled. According to state law, even if a stylist is not booked, but was in the breakroom waiting for a client or available for appointments, they are technically "on the clock" and should be accruing hours. I would love a way to have blocked time (when they are not on property) to not be counted in scheduled time when I pull the week priors reports.

A report for product category breakdowns for each service provider
It would really be great for manager goal meetings if we had a report that could show a break down for sales categories for each individual service provider. Example: "You are selling a ton of Kerastase but not really selling much in Oribe, why is that?" OR " You have not sold any styling tools this year compared to last year, why not?"

Service Sales By Staff Report
The Facial bar would like the ability to not only see service count/revenue by category. But also the ability to see service count/revenue by individual service. For example: They are interested in seeing how much revenue they have received from one specific service that is on their menu.

On client profile under Scheduled Appointments, Show Provider
On client's profile, under Scheduled Appointment it shows appointment details but would be really helpful to have the provider(s) listed as well.

Client review for staff before appointment
Staff needs to see client detail alerts when clients check in/during their service to serve as reminders for client preferences, product purchases/needs -- if it's not prompted, the staff won't do it

Being able to see different stylists prices next to each service while making a new appointment
I have been having to go to our booking page in order see the stylist pricing for their appointment because it isn't listed in the current booking appointment view

Hourly, salary, and/or commission - Calculating pay rate based on performance.
I have spoken to a few prospects that say they pay when credit is due or they get a commission once their hours are hit. For example, someone will either get paid their hourly rate or their commission rate (whichever is higher that week).

Separate Tuition from Products (or Services) - needs to be its own thing - especially for reporting
Tuition is not a product so it shouldn't be included in product sales (or service sales). Need it to be separated and have separate reporting

Assistant scheduling under main service provider's schedules
We would the ability to create a second column for staff members so that their assistants can take on some of their clients for specific services.
Example: a client books their single process color with the service provider listed online, but on the back-end, the assistant would perform the actual service.

Notification for ratings left on external social sites
When a client leaves a 4-5 star rating, we want to be alerted that the link to leave a review on Yelp, Google or Facebook has been clicked so we can see if that client has left a positive review there.
Ideally, we would be able to see the preview or be linked to their review on these social sites.

Ability to set a date for when appts will be accepted in addition to online booking lead time
Could be useful for store openings, temporary closures. If for example, a business was told it may reopen on July 15th, 2020, then this date would be set as when appts can be booked rather than manually going in often and readjusting the lead time for booking appts to match current date countdown to that date.

Be able to document multiple drawer counts and registers for salons that have more than 1 register.
