  3. The beta report filters for services only include the first 50? services offered. My list stops at the letter "F" I wanted to see information on Olaplex services, and I am unable to filter to them because the "include" filter stops at F. Please allow us the full capacity for filtering these reports.

  8. To be able to reopen a closed order in the case of an error. There is no way to fix an error except to issue a refund then to create a new appointment for the client. This throws off commission reports and clients history and purchase orders.

  11. Right now if a client has multiple accounts and they don't make passwords for one account but did for the other email, we have no idea which one should be the primary to merge. Also we have no way of knowing what emails are tied to accounts

    Hey folks! Today we released a related feature: the schedule view.

    Accessible from either the Front Desk or Calendar views, you can select "Schedule" to view a list of any day's appointments and filter that list by the form's status. This will make it easier to see when staff or clients complete a form or chart, or who still has items outstanding. Learn more here, and we hope you enjoy!

  16. a service provider would get paid a flat fee per treatment and that fee can be different for each treatment. It would not be a commission (% of service). This was brought up with a consulting firm that works with Spas only
