Streamline MD signoff process
In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

Alert when Booking Online
Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

Set CHARTS to expire after certain period
Similar to the recent update to FORMS, please allow CHARTS to expire after a certain period of time. This would be helpful for medspas where GFEs(Good Faith Exams) need to be redone every year. Thank you.

Make messages available on the app
It would be helpful if we could access messages on the app so we can communicate with customers without having to login to the website. This way patients can contact us swiftly and we can enhance patient care.

Give clients a tip option when paying with a gift card
When a gift card is greater than or equal to the cost of their service it bypasses the tip option when you checkout the ticket. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card or even the remaining balance of the gift card. There is already an option to manually add the tip, but asking the client what they want to leave is generally poor customer service.

ability to send forms not attached to an appointment
I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. discounts on product usage for memberships
It would be extremely beneficial to be able to discount product usage for memberships. For example, botox is discounted $1/unit for members and there is no way to have this automatically populate at the moment. You're left with manually entering it and kind of a clunky client experience. The same thing goes for filler. My memberships offer discount on full syringes of filler and each client needs a different amount of filler for their desired outcome. Meaning you can't enter the discount for the service it needs to be tied to product usage.

Bulk assigning services for staff members
Currently assigning services to staff requires going into each individual service, clicking "Customize," and then checking “Assignable” one at a time. This is very time-consuming—especially when onboarding new team members or updating multiple services at once.
A bulk-assignment feature would be a major time-saver. Ideally, this would look like a checklist-style view under each staff profile, allowing you to assign or unassign multiple services and add-ons all in one place. Alternatively, a service-staff matrix (where you can toggle assignment across a grid) would work just as well.

Send clients an email or text to add credit card info to appointment.
Instead of asking for credit card information over the phone, or via email if they are booking through a message. When the appointment is made, they get a text or link to add credit card with the cancelation policy. If they don't add in 1 hour, the appointment is canceled and they are told they have to book again.

Limit the amount of times a client can receive review requests
don't let the same customer receive a review request every appointment. We have clients who come multiple times a week. 1x per 3 months is good.

Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality
There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

Create a way to generate quotes to send to clients after consultations
Instead of having to write down, read out or email a client specific prices of X treatment(s) recommended to them, we'd love a way to generate a quote through Boulevard. Aesthetic Record had an option to pull someone up on a sales tab, add everything/product suggested + any exclusive discount for the client and then generate it into a quote to send to them.
