We need the ability to send treatment consent forms over manually to patients without them needing to schedule a new appointment. In the forms and charts section, there should be the option to send treatment forms directly to a patient with an existing account.

Text Payment
Adding a "Text-to-Pay" feature. This would enable staff to send clients a secure payment link via SMS at the end of their service. Clients could then complete their payment directly from their mobile devices, reducing in-person wait times and improving the overall experience. (Mangomint has this)

Give clients a tip option when paying with a gift card
When a gift card is greater than or equal to the cost of their service it bypasses the tip option when you checkout the ticket. There should be the ability to ask them if they want to add a gratuity on their credit card or even the remaining balance of the gift card. There is already an option to manually add the tip, but asking the client what they want to leave is generally poor customer service.

Profile Photo of Client
There should be a way for our nurses to see the photo our clients to prevent inaccurate charting. As soon as they click their name a profile photo should pop up so they can confirm the patient.

Why the hell don’t we have profile pictures for clients in the system?!
Seriously… we deal with hundreds of names, and it would make a HUGE difference to put a face with the name. 🧠📸Not only would it help us remember people better, but it levels up the entire client experience. Imagine being greeted like a regular at your favorite bar—“Hey Lisa!” instead of “Uhh…what’s your name again?”
Even more important: We should be snapping a quick pic every time they leave their appointment.

Streamline MD signoff process
In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.
To address this inefficiency, could a new feature or link be implemented that allows providers to send the providers…

Make the App more user friendly and add more functionality
There is very limited things you can do on the app. We should be able to send messages to the client in the app from the boulevard number, View common owner functions, view reports (cash, sales, choose timeframe), checkout clients with tap or card swipe connector, add items and services, view transactions.

Limit the amount of times a client can receive review requests
don't let the same customer receive a review request every appointment. We have clients who come multiple times a week. 1x per 3 months is good.

Unopened messages need to be at the top
Unopened messages should be prioritized at the top. It's frustrating to scroll through a large number of messages just to find the ones that are still unread.

Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

Increase Product Usage to Multiple Products
As a Med Spa we have services that can use more than one product and it would be extremely helpful to be able to add multiple products under Product Usage and adjust the price based on the service.
Currently we are utilizing Add ons but this is not the best workflow as we have to create multiple services and are unable to adjust the price based on service.
It is causing confusion for patients when booking online as they see the base price but not the additional cost for the units/product.

Extra Security Measures for Online Gift Cards
Boulevard should take extra security measures to ensure online gift card purchases by making the purchaser provide their matching billing address to the credit card to prevent fraudulent purchases.
We had issues with people using stolen credit cards to buy a gift card online and then using it at our salon. Not only are we losing money on the gift card, we now have to pay our service providers their split commission.

When a client is paying cash, and they do not hand out exact change, keep record on the completed order how much the client handed to us, as well as what change we owed them.
