  1. It would be great if there was a way to flag messages with clients or mark them as unread. Sometimes it can be really difficult if we read a message during the weekend for example but don't want to take action on it while we are not working. It would be nice to have a way to flag the message to come back to when we are back in the salon.

  4. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.

  6. HydrationRoom is requesting the option for saved replies or templates in the “Messages” Tab.
    For example; a saved reply for when someone still hasn’t confirmed, our receptionist could click next to the “GIF” button and select “Not Confirmed” and it would auto populate a message “Hi – We still do not have a confirmation for your appointment today. Please let us know if you would like to reschedule. Thanks!”

  7. Customers cannot understand the logic of why the price assigned to the service, based on voucher value, is what it is. They cannot make sense of it and the explanation is lengthy and only makes sense if you can see the internal dashboard.

    It would be better for client experience to have the full service value show on client facing receipts and the value of the voucher show internally only.

  8. a lot of our online booking clients assume they have already paid for their services when booking online because they can add tip and input CC details. Many are confused because there is not a message saying that it is only holding the reservation for the appointment. Can there be a statement saying no charge is complete until day of service?

  11. It is critical to have the option to create a chart without having an appointment. Patients call in or email in with issues and it's necessary to chart that communication for all staff to see, but now we have to create an appointment just to chart it.

  12. When a patient is blocked from booking, give a warning when business is booking the appointment. As of right now it just says that the chosen provider cannot preform this service instead of saying that the patient is blocked when their name is typed in.

  13. Delete client profile after a client has passed away. That way there is no chance of accidently using this profile in the future if someone has a similar name.

  15. the option to make gratuity an option for only certain services or at least only certain providers. In some states medical professionals cant accept gratuity but the other service providers can, massage therapist etc

  17. STOP INCLUDING "TEXT NO PROMOS" IN THE TEXT BLASTS. It is not legally required to be there every time. I had a bunch of unsubscribes, even from our regular clients and text users! As they pressed stop they now are not getting texts at all from us. I should have the option to exclude this.

  18. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  19. there should be a way to track if they owe money for an appointment they late cancelled or no showed and the card on file declined or wasnt present. like a negative account balance where in order to book there account must be brought up to date first.

  20. Hello Blvd, Not pleased with the Voucher update. The receipt is very confusing to read for our clients. I need to explain how to read the receipt. Which was a surprise to read at first for me too, until Blvd chat helped me understand the breakdown.

    It does not help with our accounting, the Reports on the daily summaries includes the voucher amount taken in for the day. So we need to manually subtract the voucher amount from our total received because we already have collected that amount when the client/s had purchased their series or membership before they came…
