Offers that apply to product usage
The business would like the ability to build offers around botox units/ product usage. Currently the offer applies to the total order, not the number of units in the order.

When applying an offer code, the discount applies to usage-based services as a single discount on the line item. However, it would be beneficial to be able to create an offer that is "$2 per unit" and discounts accordingly based on the number of units used in that service.

If a person buys multiple units of a product, the offer code should apply to each unit bought. it's only taking a discount off of 1 product. If a patient is using more than 1 unit, we have to go in and manually add a discount, which defeats the purpose of the offer code.
i.e. patient wants to purchase 2 syringes of filler. we have an offer code that's $100 off each syringe. When the patient is being checked out for 2 syringes, it's only taking off $100, not $200.

It would be so helpful if there was some way to easily see/identify clients who have memberships. Currently the only way to see is if you go into their profile and look or at checkout when discounts are applied. We are a medspa and our memberships offer discounts on botox, however there is no way in your membership settings to create an automated discount for this service since it is a product price determined by unit; our providers have to manually enter the discount which they don't know to do unless they go into the client profile to see (which just creates more work for busy providers). Currently I have tagged all the clients with memberships and created tags to identify which membership tier they have so it can be seen from the appointment calendar and next to the clients name so providers can easily identify what membership they have and discount appropriately; the problem with this is that I will have to regularly scan for new memberships to tag them for identification which creates more work. In sum, a membership identifier that is immediately attached to the client's profile when they sign up would be amazing, also - if you could create membership settings that add the automatic discount to products/services that are priced by unit would be a HUGE game changer for medspas using your software. Thank you!

You can create an offer to add a membership discount to services or products.

It would be extremely beneficial to be able to discount product usage for memberships. For example, botox is discounted $1/unit for members and there is no way to have this automatically populate at the moment. You're left with manually entering it and kind of a clunky client experience. The same thing goes for filler. My memberships offer discount on full syringes of filler and each client needs a different amount of filler for their desired outcome. Meaning you can't enter the discount for the service it needs to be tied to product usage.

Be able to attach a perk of discounting the product under membership. Example 1 unit of botox at regular price is $16 and with membership gives you $4 off.

Make offer codes applicable to prepaid product units. When tracking sales at the end of the special period, I don't want to have to pull two different reports to see how the sale did. Ex: "Grand opening special" as an offer for most things, but it has to be a discount reason for prepaid product units.

I really need an easy and intuitive way to offer discounts on tox and filler. The offer codes option for a percentage off is not helpful to me

We have member pricing of product units that we have to manually enter - this is a set $ amount - we were told to solve for the percentage but you cannot add decimals in the % discounts.

When a membership perk is configured as a discount with product as the category and "$" is set for the discount amount and product usage is used at checkout for the service only one product is discounted. However, if a percentage is used for the discount amount, each product is discounted.
We would like the Dollars when configured, to behave the same as the percentage. Currently, only one product is discounted. This leaves manual discounting as the only viable option.

Would also like to be able to discount units for product usage without having to add these as duplicated services to manually adjust.
