I think other people have suggested similar things but I have not found this specific one. We seriously need to be able to send forms even if a client does not have a scheduled appointment. There have been several occasions where this has come up. Our current issue is needing to send insurance verification forms for our biller to access BEFORE a client schedules an appointment. This has serious financial implications for both our business and our clients. Having to create a specific service and schedule it on our calendar just to send a form is messy and frankly I expect more from a CRM that is wanting to be a higher end service and is marketing to MedSpas.
