Bulk assigning services for staff members
Currently assigning services to staff requires going into each individual service, clicking "Customize," and then checking “Assignable” one at a time. This is very time-consuming—especially when onboarding new team members or updating multiple services at once.
A bulk-assignment feature would be a major time-saver. Ideally, this would look like a checklist-style view under each staff profile, allowing you to assign or unassign multiple services and add-ons all in one place. Alternatively, a service-staff matrix (where you can toggle assignment across a grid) would work just as well.
Adding optional filters—such as by service category or duration—would make this feature even more efficient, especially for teams with a large or frequently changing service menu. This update would significantly streamline admin tasks and reduce human error, while staying well within Boulevard’s existing design framework.
