On average, our default scheduling settings drive significant efficiency and increase business' service sales 30% in the first year using Boulevard. That said, we're also aware that the factory settings don't work for every business, and might not be the best fit for your business. With the latest Precision Scheduling refresh at the end of March, we now have more options for configuring self-booking, like adjusting the number of available times we offer to clients. Currently assigning services to staff requires going into each individual service, clicking "Customize," and then checking “Assignable” one at a time. This is very time-consuming—especially when onboarding new team members or updating multiple services at once.
A bulk-assignment feature would be a major time-saver. Ideally, this would look like a checklist-style view under each staff profile, allowing you to assign or unassign multiple services and add-ons all in one place. Alternatively, a service-staff matrix (where you can toggle assignment across a grid) would work just as well.
Adding optional filters—such as by service category or duration—would make this feature even more efficient, especially for teams with a large or frequently changing service menu. This update would significantly streamline admin tasks and reduce human error, while staying well within Boulevard’s existing design framework.

We would love the ability to customize the color scheme of the client-facing online booking experience. Currently, the options are extremely limited—we can’t adjust the header background, button styles, or link/text colors to better match our brand identity.
It would be a huge value-add to allow more control over:
Button and link colors
Header and background colors
Font and text color options
This would enhance the professional appearance of our booking page and maintain brand consistency across platforms.
Please consider adding these customization options or allowing us to use our own CSS if embedding!
