Limit the amount of times a client can receive review requests
don't let the same customer receive a review request every appointment. We have clients who come multiple times a week. 1x per 3 months is good.

this would also be great if it could be customized so that the business can set when the client received the review request. for example the client receives a request after 3 visits. & if boulevard had the ability to know that a client already left a review on another platform so not to ask them again
