Subscription Change Confirmations
Subscribers should be sent an automated confirmation for changes made to their subscription including pausing, rescheduling payment date, or cancelling. Otherwise, they call us looking to confirm and we have to spend time manually sending confirmation emails.

Add payment types such as "marketing", "Comp", etc.
Wax & Lash has many situations/times where they comp a service or product, but still want to pay the service provider their commission. Ideally, would like to have an added payment type such as marketing, comp, etc (vs. just other/other reason).

Ability to view all location pay rates under biz management tab for staff that work at more than one location
Right now the business management tab only shows one location's pay rates for a staff that has them set at more than one location and it will only show whichever location you have toggled on in the top right hand corner which shouldn't be the case since business management is making changes at a brand level. It should show the all of the location's pay rates for that staff if they have them created at more than one location.

For the waiting list Parameters would be helpful to select times and days client is available...
...plus to view notes on list without having to go into & to see next to client name their tags. This is necessary in order to contact clients more quickly and for dates & times that work for them. Seeing client tags next to their name will also be informative for us internally so we reach out to particular clients first.

Option to push updates to all locations
Would like a way for those of us Spa owners, who have multiple spas, to have a way to have a Manage tab that applies to ALL on my locations. Versus each site individually. For instance, if i bring in a new product. I am likely bring it in to both spas at the same time. Yes, I have to manage that separately for each locations. Extra key strokes = more time and more errors. Perhaps two options to Manage spa, versus Manage ALL spa's?
Or in general, when adding a new product, make it automatically available at all locations…

Scheduling rules - set up frequency for some appointments
Would like to be able to add transition time to every 2 appointments.
"We have to optimize his schedule pretty intensely now with these added blocks throughout his day.
We can't edit the shift to be every 30 minutes cause if we had a 15 minute block at the end of each second cut, it removes an appointment on a :15 or :45."

Calendar View - Booking Options
This business is asking for an option to select multiple services on the drop down menu when booking from the Calendar View. Currently, you have to go back into the drop down if you are looking to add a 2nd and 3rd service. They are asking for a checkbox that you can go down the row and check whatever services they are looking to book all at once.

Adjust subscription renewal behavior
When a subscription is due for renewal, it will be in a past due state from midnight through the time of automated renewal at 5am. It would be helpful if the membership remained active until a billing failure prompts a Past Due state.
This is particularly causing issues with accurately tracking subscriptions reporting data since data is distributed at 2am PST.

Cancelation Emails for both Client and Stylist
Client and Stylist should get an Email confirmation upon cancelation, regardless if the client cancels it, or it gets cancelled in house... Either way, an email confirmation should go out under every circumstance.

Don't reset the page every time a change is made
When changing things in Boulevard, after making a change the page resets and you have to scroll back to your last spor. Example: Assigning services, you assign the service then the page resets and you have to scroll down again. OR we were adjusting Staff Roles and had to page over after every adjustment and it's very time consuming.

Ability to edit gift card value
Our gift cards are loaded with the value of $89 for a 60-min float service. When they are redeemed for a service that is discounted, we need a way to zero out the balance.

Add-on pricing details during online booking, in orders, and on receipts
When people are booking this is one thing that comes up frequently, they select the add-ons but the price when they create the appointment is only the base service price and doesn't include the add ons or show the breakdown of pricing. Also, when looking at Orders or the receipt, it just tells you the total of the service with the add-ons. Would like a more detailed breakdown on the receipt
