  5. Today we manually text message clients when certain actions or appointments are booked/take place. It would be great if we could build this message workflow and automate these steps. We have been complimented on our customer communication methods and this form of automation would ensure no client is being left behind.

    For example:

    RELEASED AFTER AN ONLINE CANCELLATION BY A CLIENT:

    Hi XXXXX - Thank you for letting us know about your cancellation. It is appreciated. Did you have an alternative date and time in mind that we could hold for you? XXXX @ Lash Lovers

  6. The loyalty program can also include client referrals. So when you refer someone, you automatically get points once it is added to your account, instead of manually keeping track. Heavy on client referrals.

  7. I wish I could print out labels for the orders that we place so that I could label the products with the name as it is in our system & the price. This is so that the client can see what the price is before they buy it.

  9. In the timeclock section of the dashboard, I think adding a total time clocked in each day would be helpful so we don't have to calculate the time in our head with Time-in and Time-out.

  15. I really dont understand why Gren Circle Fees go under retail. It throws the numbers off big time. Yesterday it showed that i sold 53 product but really 36 of the 53 were for 🟢fees. A big issue is when I go to pay my State Retail Tax and when I look up the total retail for the month it include green circle. This should be a seperate fee. Not service & Not Retail!

  18. If a returning client books online for the first time it creates a new profile even though they are giving the exact same information. This is a major problem because the front desk doesn't know there are duplicate profiles and when closing out the client we check the history to know the price. This has caused clients to be overcharged and then we have to deal with a refund.

  19. We would like to send out group texts to clients for rebooking purposes. It would be great to be able to select a group based on their last appointment time and if they do not currently have an appointment.
