  1. give us the option to add more than one category at a time when adjusting inventory. make it like inventory reports where we can count multiple categories. this will save lots of time

  2. inventory quantity shows during a sale as you're typing in the product in the search bar This way when a client is wanting something not quickly found on the sales floor, staff can quickly realize if we have some in back-stock or if we are out without having to run a report which is higher on the privileges allowance that most of my reception staff.

  5. As a business owner, I would like the ability to report on the number of new memberships sold by each of my staff members.

    For example today one of my favorite reports is a weekly report in which I can see my staff and the following items:

    • How many new memberships they sold
    • How many appts they had
    • How many members they saw
    • How many non members they say

  10. It would make it easier to be able to, on the fly, adjust the service duration of a booked appointment by being able to change the size of the appointment block by clicking and dragging the bottom of the appointment block.

  14. In our salon it would be a great deal of help to be able to choose specifically to redeem birthday points for loyalty program members since it only allows you to redeem all points or no points rather than a specified amount from clients points.

  15. As a part of onboarding, it was difficult for me to clean my data with multiple locations and exports of lists of contacts. It would be great for the program to recognize same contact information and result in error of import or exclude or override existing contact in the CRM.

    Also the ability to delete contact in error.

  16. We have 3 tiers of memberships. Each tier has different % off. some memberships have two % off for example 20% on facial , 30% body sculpting. these discounts should be auto-applied to members at checkout and when booking.

  17. Right now, using the Client API we can query cart -> availablePaymentMethods which will also return all the vouchers and their service names. However we canno extract the Product names associated.

  18. Sometimes I have to go back and edit closed sales so that employees can get their commision. It would be much easier to do this if I could just open a sale and then hit a "next" button rather than having to enter and exit sales and lose my place.

  20. It would be beneficial to be able to see how many vouchers or product units a client has available to be redeemed when making a new appointment instead of having to fully open their profile to view.
