  2. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.

  3. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  6. presently you have to edit the appointment at checkout to add a service (like add on curls for example) it takes time. Upon checkout you should be able to add anything to the bill.

  7. Appointments should show that it has been rescheduled x1, x2 etc. because it shows if it has been cancelled but not if its rescheduled

  8. Blvd is great from the admin side, but it's customer facing side is TERRIBLE. I need ya'll to prioritize fixing this.

    I switched to BLVD a year ago after a decade with booker. I made the switch because I needed some of the features that boulevard offers that booker didn't. BUT IT HAS COST ME SO MUCH IN BUSINESS.   14. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

  15. Please make it so that add-on services can be added at check-out (just like we add-on retail products) instead of having to go back and edit the original appointment. It messes up the calendar and adds so much extra work for the person checking out the client.
