  1. We would like the option to modify the text in the Review Request window. This will allow us to redirect our Clients to other platforms in which to leave a review. Such as our google profile.

    Currently, the review request redirects to boulevard and we would like an option to customize this.

  2. When using the chat/help feature I have to exit out while I am helping customers. I would much rather be able to move it around. I have used this in other platforms and really liked it.

  3. The link requires the person to have a Google account. Also it does not take them to the correct place. This should be a link that goes directly to the review page. Please add this option!!! The only current option is to go to the place id for Google. Instead, this link should connect directly to the review page. This would also allow people without a Google email and account to go directly to the page. The way it is now it asks the person to sign into their Google account.

  5. Regarding the new review platform, I see some improvements over previous iterations. However, the ideal configuration would be a direct prompt to a review platform of our choice, such as Yelp/Google. Once the customer spends generous time reviewing us internally on BLVD platform, they are unlikely to follow prompt for additional posting. We are essentially cannibalising our own reviews by using this feature.

  7. This feature would introduce the ability to track lot numbers and expiration dates for inventory items. Currently, the system only allows input of quantities, SKU/UPC, pricing, cost, category, and brand information. The proposed enhancement would:

    • Add fields for lot numbers and expiration dates in the inventory management system
    • Enable tracking of products by lot, improving traceability
    • Allow for better management of perishable or time-sensitive inventory
    • Facilitate easier recalls or identification of expired products
    • Enhance reporting capabilities to include lot and expiration information

  10. Alert the client when booking online that they already have a profile. Clients make multiple profiles because they can't remember their password or don't remember they have a profile and they end up creating multiple, which is a problem when we go to look at their history and their is nothing there. We then have to search if they have another profile.

  12. If setting a recurring appointment, Boulevard should flag if one of those upcoming times is unavailable.
    Example: We set a recurring appointment for 12 visits at 1PM on Thursdays. If there are 2 Thursdays that are unavailable at that time, the business should be notified and unable to book those times.
    This would increase the efficiency when booking recurring appointments and prevent double booking from occurring.   17. PDF Upload option when building a chart, like a photo upload.
    My spa has an external company who provides Good Faith Exams. This comes to us in a PDF form. I would like to be able to add this in a chart, a space reserved for unique clinical data rather than in the client note area, for it is not a note, it is a clinical document

  19. In its current state, it appears that the medical director must individually click on each date to determine if there are charts requiring review or sign-off. This workflow presents a challenge. Platforms like Aesthetic Record streamline this process by enabling providers to directly send completed charts to the medical director for review, simplifying their responsibilities. Requiring the medical director to manually review each day’s records adds unnecessary complexity, particularly given the demanding schedules of both the providers and the medical director.

  20. Allow for scheduling staff members on an every other week rotation. Currently we have to add in staff on a wkly rotation and manually adjust if they work an every other weekend schedule.
