NEW Audience Builder 3/24
The "new" features released 3/24, all of which should have been included with version 1, are still woefully short of useful. I'm floored by the remedial functional specifications that must have been provided to the developers for this update, they should be capable of more. Does Boulevard even have a team of qualified people to review what the functional spec should include?
How does this "update" roll out without the functionality of (and combination of) $ dollar amount spent? This is a key metric, is it not?
Also completely missing the mark is "products purchased", has anyone actually test driven…

Tracking Outstanding Balances for Payment Plans
We need a way to track outstanding balance for customers on bigger packages. Some don't get approved through Cherry, etc. so we allow them make weekly payments throughout their 6-8 week package. There is a way to track customer credits but we need a way to track amount owed and ideally this would populate during checkout.

Add Business Settings / Duo Settings to allow enable/disable Arrived and Confirm buttons
It would be nice for the Business to choose to use Arrived and Confirm buttons or not. The duo checkout process has too many options and choices that confuse our customers, and we do not see the value in them. We have to guide each customer through them or press them ourselves - similar to checkout at a US Post Office - too many choices. Super-clear checkout like Square POS is a tremendous example to use.

Create a modifier pathway for any service to denote that a service is a ReDo or correction to a previous service and tie them together
If this could specifically be reported on so that these services can be tracked they could also include totals to determine revenue loss due to time cost, materials used. Tracking whom has multiple of these is crucial as well. Businesses could also then build out how ReDos potentially are compensated for, for example our brand does no charge for the redo; but if with same staff they receive reduced commissions, and if differing staff, reduced commissions and split now 50/50 between the original and correcting service provider. Add Referral Sources within the Booking Process
The business wants to enter the referral source at the time you are searching for availability. SO right before you would click View Times or Select Time on Calendar. They would like an option within that part of the pop up.

Be able to block of certain hours on the schedule for New Clients only (or members only, etc).

Improve Booking Notifications Management (Bell icon)
When clients book online, we check each appointment to ensure it it booked correctly. The problem we have is when we open them with the bell icon, there could be over 70 appointments and we are not able to mark them as read individually, which makes this process longer than needed and leaves room for more errors if an appointment is missed. If there is a way to mark a single appointment as read, rather than mark all as read, it would be very helpful.

client orders makes you start from the begining
when looking at the history of a clients orders. when i open a specific order and then hit the back button, it redirects me to todays recent orders history of all clients instead of bringing me back to view the history of that specific client. having to type in the clients first and last name every single time i want to look into there individual account order history
ie: All Orders--> clients name--> full order history--> specific date of order history -->hits back button-- All Orders.it should be :

Daily summary report
Would love to receive an email at the end of the day with a daily summary without having to go into boulevard reports and filter out. A report that states all sales for the day, total appointments, any refunds and any other general important metrics. Other softwares like square do this and it was always a helpful way to review each day quickly.

Gift Card Enhancements
We use Gift Cards extensively and need to be able to see/distinguish when gift cards were purchased for myself or others. Otherwise at checkout it gets very messy.
