It seems like a waste of our money on texts if we send to patients who are already confirmed, and maybe an additional text would annoy and confuse them. The system we worked with previously sent out a lot more confirmations, and for free. This needs to be implemented asap!

It would helpful to change who receives the same day reminder texts. We dont want to spam clients who have already confirmed their appointment, and really only need to send them out to people who haven't confirmed yet.
