  1. Stylist should be able to see only their reports in the app. The reports should also include more details. Stylist should be able to customize what they want to see in a report. It would be wonderful if the stylist could see their staff performance report in the app. Stylist who are independent/chair renters like to view this information at all times so it is hard on business owners to send out all the time.

  2. I’d like to see a single report that provides both year-over-year and month-to-month staff performance comparisons. Since our salon operates heavily on goals and performance metrics, having a full annual comparison alongside monthly trends in one report would make tracking performance much easier. This would save time, reduce the need to generate multiple reports, and give a clearer overall picture of staff performance.

  4. Look at Mangomint's booking widget. It is way better than Boulevards. I have been with you for 3.5 years and you have not upgraded it once. I have had many clients tell me that I should look for a new booking system because they gave up trying to book something on it. Please. If it doesn't happen soon, I am switching to Mangomint.

  5. users should be able to click directly from any report entry into the specific transaction it relates to. This functionality will enable backend users to quickly identify and resolve errors or incorrect charges on items or services. Additionally, it will improve the accuracy and reliability of commission reporting.

  6. Staff should use last 4 digits of SS number to clock-in and out from reception IP only. Prevent clock-ins from other devices. This will prevent other staff clocking in and out for them.

  7. Section 8 of the payment processing terms states that we are not able to have an expiration date on gift cards. Some states (and federal law) allow expiration of gift cards.

    Requiring small businesses to retain this as a liability simply as a term on your terms of service is not a very friendly practice. I would like to see the section updated to include language that we will follow all federal, state, and local laws concerning gift card expiration.   8. I know you have a "Change Log", but it would be nice to have a Message Center for your software cleints. This could be where you post communications Boulevard sends out to us. Such as communications regarding the change in how our CC deposits will appear on our bank statement from 5/3 Bank to Boulevard Labs, or the email that was sent our regarding the credit Boulevard was very reasonable in giving us for the software outage last week.   9. Please create a more efficient Waitlist Option, that shows all upcoming Waitlist Clients and not just the Same Days. An easier way to delete passed Waitlist appointments other than going through each one individually would be ideal too!

  10. Businesses would like the ability to disable the membership confirmation email and other transactional emails related to memberships for them to manage those communications outside of Boulevard, such as using a dedicated tool for client journeys or drip campaigns.

  11. Many businesses—ours included—run promotional packages that are intended to be limited-quantity offers. Currently, Boulevard allows expiration dates for packages but does not allow us to cap how many times a package can be sold.

    Having the ability to set a maximum number of package sales (e.g., “only 10 available”) would create urgency, support scarcity-based marketing, and help us manage inventory and demand during promotions. This is especially important for high-value seasonal offers and limited-run services.

    We would love the option to specify a total number of units available per package, after which the package can no longer be purchased.

  12. We need the possibility to have the form in different languages, the idea is that boulevard used a translation service. could be integrating Ai or at least give us the option to create the form in English and create another one in other language, and the customer have the availability of switching languages. This last idea is is better so we ensure that the transaction is correct.

  16. Offering digital gift cards with an auto generated gift card number would be great! We do not offer physical gift cards. So, the only way for us to sell gift cards at the salon is through the salon website via Boulevard.

  17. When a membership is paused and scheduled to resume, clients should receive an automated email reminder 24–48 hours before the charge date.

    This would help prevent unexpected charges, reduce support issues/refund requests, and improve overall customer experience.

    Ideally, the reminder would include the membership details, resume date, and a link to manage or modify the membership.

  19. Our salon needs commission tiers with a layered structure, e.g., $1-2500 = 40% of that amount. Then, the amount between 2500-3500 could receive 45%, and 3500-5000 = 50%, and so on. This should also include an hourly and commission option to fulfill state minimum wage requirements that can be reflected in the commission totals. (minimum hourly rate; or rate desired would work randomly with the commission totals showing that the hourly totals could be nullified by commission amounts if desired.)

  20. THIS SMALL INTEGRATION MAKES IT WORK ON THE BOULEVARDS SIDE, GIVING THE SALON A FULL LEVEL OF REVENUE AND NEW CLIENTS FROM OTHER NEIGHBORHOODS. MANY PAY NORMAL SERVICES TOO, AND PAYMENTS WHEN INTEGRATED IS BI-WEEKLY. THE INTEGRATION MAKES SURE THE CLIENTS FILL SLOW SPOTS AS WELL AS ALL LATE APTS , LAST MIN CANCELATIONS, AND NO-SHOWS ARE ALL PAID IN FULL
