    I am writing to escalate a serious issue regarding the way our cancellation policy is currently displayed during the online checkout process on Boulevard.

    Despite having implemented a custom cancellation policy that clearly links to my website via the designated URL, the platform still displays default messaging regarding cancellation fees. These statements do not reflect my actual policy and may lead clients to believe that they will be charged fees, which is false and misleading.

When adjusting for a price increase or even just changning the pricing for a specific client, the ability to have that price change reflected in their already scheduled appointments instead of having to manually change each one would be great. We currently have hundreds of appointments a day and are booked out for the year with our standing appointments and this is VERY important feature.

  8. You built two beautiful things....now pls connect them. The client portal is fantastic, and so is the new attendant. The auto attendant should have the ability to have a prebuilt link in there that says, "we are away from our desk but did you know you can self-serve many issues through the client portal (insert link)"

    We alllllll want to do less work. Help us teach people how to do it for us.

If we are not charging a client for a service it would be nice to have a "Comp" button instead of having to go through the whole "check out" process as if we are using a card as that's the only option. I also am unable to check out a client from home without the Duo even if they have a $0 balance.

  12. A lot of patients schedule an appointment with a different email address, and it creates a new profile even though the phone number is the same. I wish the system would recognize that the phone number is already in the system and confirm with the patient whether or not they are new so that we don't have to merge client profiles as often.

  18. If a guest makes a profile online and adds themselves to our waitlist but then cancels, that does not show up on their profile and now we're left wondering why the guest has a profile if they've never been here. Please add all history to client profiles, even if it shows as "canceled"

  19. There needs to be a way to include multiple batches for product inventory. For example I often have 2 batches of neurotoxins and fillers at a time with different LOT numbers and expiration dates. There also needs to be a more efficient way to track product expiration.
